APOTHECARY'S HOTEL DIEU
Apothecary's shop in Troyes, with all sorts of earthenware medicine jars in a room that looks like a library
Again in the spirit of the Town Hall to review the trojan museography, the apothicecerie was the subject of a new development to allow visitors to understand how they were prepared, but also kept the remedies used. The Hôtel-Dieu-le-Comte enjoys important gifts from Henri I, ninth Count of Champagne, towards the mid-nineteenth century. The apothicfererie in itself dates back to 1730. There are all kinds of pots in order to preserve the medicines of the time, as well as silenes, wooden pots that are sometimes found directly in the trunk and subtly painted. In addition, there are rows of pottery pots in a library-style room. It is a rare heritage with 320 painted boxes, and the other room with its warheads and windows is just as beautiful. The most beautiful collection of France!
