This pear and apple tapée producer located in the pretty village of Rivarennes owes its fame to these same fruits prepared according to ancestral methods (the drying of the fruit was already practiced in the Middle Ages). They work the best plots to express the full potential of Chenin Blanc. Clos de la Garenne 2020, a sweet wine produced only in certain vintages. Olivier and Corinne Rassin's two passions are vineyards and wine. Located in Saint-Martin-le-Beau, they produce the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. Jacky Blot was a well-known figure in Montlouis-sur-Loire and beyond. He was one of the first to produce organic, hand-harvested, barrel-aged wines. These techniques are in full expansion today, but at the time they were still unconventional in the Loire Valley. In Vouvray, Bourgueil and Montlouis, he now cultivates 45 hectares of old vines for sparkling, dry, semi-dry, sweet and syrupy wines. Since 2023, his son Jean-Philippe has been at the helm.

The 19 ha estate was created and founded by Yannick Amirault. It has been producing organic red, white and rosé for over 40 years. Since 2018, Benoît has taken over from his father and the management of the estate. Patience and perseverance seem to be the recipe of the owner, who shares with us his love of wine and vines. The Domaine du Saut au Loup (formerly Domaine Dozon) now has 14 hectares of vines, grouped around the historic clos du Saut au Loup in the Chinon appellation area (AOC). Its name comes from the woods that surround the plots and where wolves lived in past centuries. Taken over in 2013 by Eric Santier, the estate began a conversion to organic farming in 2020. This is the fruit empire! The Debruyn family, fruit producers since 1987 in Sepmes, owns more than 15 hectares of orchards and is busy all year round making baskets filled with seasonal fruit. Initially, apples were the only fruit grown, but the orchards now also include pear and cherry trees.
