La Fine Marée des Halles has a black front and a very nice marine logo. At this fishmonger-caterer, everything is finely presented and the meat of the fish displayed is more than appetizing. You can find mackerel, peeled ray wings, sole, sea bream, cod back, tuna, shrimps, spiders... In the delicatessen section, treat yourself to salmon or sardine rillettes. Thank you to La Fine Marée des Halles for taking us to the open sea from the temple of gastronomy in Tours!
