This market brings together about a hundred traders. The place known as the poultry market and the nerves of the halles mainly host the food market, with of course the producers of the unavoidable goat cheese of Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine. Cheese also has its own special day with the cheese fair on the^1st weekend in June. It brings together between 15,000 and 20,000 visitors!
