The 19 ha estate was created and founded by Yannick Amirault. It has been producing organic red, white and rosé for over 40 years. Since 2018, Benoît has taken over from his father and the management of the estate. Patience and perseverance seem to be the recipe of the owner, who shares with us his love of wine and vines. Far from following the gustatory fads, he continues in the tradition of his father to produce wines that are easy to drink and digestible. He was elected the best winemaker 2021 for the Loire Valley.
