Les Domaines Qui Montent was founded by Emmanuel de Bodard, a winemaker at Rully in Burgundy, who realised that selling wine was a daunting task due to its diversity in the world. He had the idea of grouping winemakers from all regions of France under a unique brand. The parent company is at 28 rue Médéric in the 17th arrondissement. The brand now represents over 150 carefully selected winegrowers, constituting 700 referenced wines, champagnes and spirits. The purpose of these wine growers is to make their products known and sold. They have bag in boxes of 3.5 and 10 litres to be taken away and that is good both for Cevennes wine as well as for the Crozes-Hermitage. The cellars also act as a table d'hôtes for tasting at lunch time. Here, the master of the house is Cyrille Pesquet, a connoisseur of the house wines.

An institution of the neighborhood and a beautiful reputation, and far beyond its borders! It must be said that it is one of the oldest cellars in Paris, still active, and that it has managed to keep its charm and its quality of yesteryear. Now, Eric is continuing the family adventure, perpetuating the tradition of a precise and wise selection, gleaned in all the production regions in France, always highlighting Bordeaux. Created in 2006, Nysa has 47 stores in Paris and the inner suburbs. The particularity of Nysa, compared to traditional wine merchants, is that the bottles are presented as jewelry in a simple and chic decoration. In addition, the brand only works with winegrowers who practise sustainable agriculture and use natural methods to make their wines. Every occasion has its bottle with an evocative name: "pasta pizza", "between girlfriends", "escape", "half-time", etc. The prices cater for all budgets. A stone's throw from Luxembourg, La Quincave is located in a former hardware store. It has a rather hilly look in a decoration of stone walls and wooden lockers. It nevertheless offers a fine selection of local wines: The muscadet of Landron's, the pride of Breton… Here the wines are chosen without sulphites who do not hurt the head or a hole in the wallet. You buy your bottle to drink it at home or you can taste it on the spot by adding a cheese plate, meats or various snacks according to the mood of time). If the bottle is not finished, the cellar provides cap and bag to transport it.

This wine bar and creperie located behind the famous Aligre market is a lively place that some will even classify as picturesque. Certainly, for Inuit spree, it must be very "picturesque" and for regulars, it's just a gem and a treasure in the district. It is a place where you can go to buy some small bottles of red, white, rosé wines and even wines in barrels. Finally, one trails here, especially every Sunday morning, after shopping. This cellar has a lot to offer... As soon as you walk out the door, you enter further into the shop, which then stretches, like a wide corridor lined with richly furnished bottle racks. Walk along the shelves, push the door from the back and see how comfortable everyone seems in this hidden bar where you can drink good little wines. Frédéric, Pascal and Benoît are here to advise you and welcome you with professionalism. Boards and good bread to accompany the fine selection of wines. More than 5 000 references including 400 Bordeaux Grands Crus wines in a store, big as a handkerchief. Repaire de Bacchus is located in one of the capital's oldest streets, in the heart of the lively Latin Quarter. In this pedestrian street, you'll find what has made the reputation of the house: a vast selection of wines, made by expert teams. Here, you can enjoy long opening hours - the store is open every day - and, as always, expert advice. A must on this busy arrondissement street.

Located in the Carré Rive Gauche district of Paris, Cave des Climats is a wine shop offering a wide selection of wines. You can make your purchases in-store, pick them up on site or opt for delivery. La Cave des Climats also offers tailor-made events and privatizations to suit your wishes and budget. Reservations must be made in advance, and the number of participants confirmed 48 hours in advance.

The store has the aesthetic framework of a chapel, with numerous frescoes as decoration. Every Saturday, tasting evenings are organized, which allow guests to taste spirituous wines and gourmet products, such as foie gras or smoked salmon.

Born in 2022, the boutique du Paon qui boit is a very special cellar, as it is the first alcohol-free cellar in France. On site or via the online store, you'll find no fewer than 450 products, including de-alcoholized wines (yes, it exists and it's even good), beers and cocktails, as well as fermented and plant-based drinks like kombucha. A great initiative for those wishing to reduce (or stop) their alcohol consumption. Tasting workshops are held regularly.

Located in Suresnes, France, Inter Caves is a wine shop with a passion for discovering treasures from France and around the world. A cellar entirely dedicated to champagne! Fanny Heucq, the owner and daughter of a winegrower, has selected high quality champagnes from small farms which, for the most part, do not have access to large-scale distribution. In total, the work of more than 20 artisanal winemakers, whose know-how has nothing to envy the greatest, is honored here. For those who want to refine their knowledge of "fine bubbles", Dilettantes offers tastings and oenology workshops. It is possible to buy on the spot or on the website (about 130 references of local champagnes, plus those of the great houses).

The owners of the Rigmarole next door, Jessica Yang and Robert Compagnon, are also at the helm of Folderol, a crazy concept that's been all the rage for some time now. Here, Jessica, a former pastry chef at Guy Savoy, offers ice creams that are as surprising as they are delicious. While the repertoire still includes the great classics, the olive oil, cold brew, and banana crème crue ice creams stand out. A glass of wine is available to accompany this refreshing break.

A small neighborhood cellar filled like Ali Baba's cave. We love the friendly, open-minded advice from the owner. There's a great range of wines at all price points, and new discoveries to be made every week. What's more, the owner organizes a wide range of wine tastings, from Banyuls and Agenais to Côte du Luberon, Lillet Blanc and Côtes de Castillon. In his cellar, of course, are whiskies, eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, beers, aperitifs, crèmes de liqueurs and local produce.

Installed not far from the canal of Ourq, in the heart of the street Eugène Jumin, it is a small blow of heart of the team. Always straddling the quality, here, we take you seriously! You will find in its cellar all the love that one can carry for the good wine, beautiful references and serious and benevolent advices. You will be surprised by the wine merchant's suggestions for daring food and wine pairings, but follow them, you won't regret it! An original merchant, but in his way: A little messy shop is a veritable cave of Ali Baba, full of treasures, that one cooks with the help of Philippe and Stéphane, from the small winemaker to the vineyard stars (Joblot, Lamarche, Forey, Bouchard father and son, Big brother and sister, DRC, Cuilleron, Gerin, Alphonse Melot, Château, Château-Myrat, Krug, Château-Myrat, Krug, Bollinger, Jablonski, etc.). Strategically located at the corner of rue Saint-Placide and rue du Cherche-Midi, this small (in terms of surface area) wine cellar is known for its cutting-edge selection, which combines wines from small producers and well-known estates. The initial idea was appealing: to create a space where an art gallery and a wine cellar coexist. In 2018, this project has finally refocused on the wine cellar, which also offers small restaurants. The Fifteen Wines is a wine cellar and a wine bar in the evening. Hughes and Jonathan created the places and were quickly joined by two other buddies: Louis-Marie and Guillaume. Their credo: animate in their cellar and highlight wines that speak both to connoisseurs and to newcomers but still maintain a strong identity. All regions of France are present, but boys like to find a little complicated wine or wine that is not found elsewhere. The reception is professional, pleasant, competent and the prices are for everyone. In the evening, a few planks accompany glasses and bottles.

Mi-Fugue Mi-Raisin is a wine shop offering a selection of quality wines. The store offers the possibility of buying on the spot or picking up orders placed online. The wine shop also has a blog where it shares its favorite wines, the latest arrivals and upcoming tastings. Mi-Fugue Mi-Raisin highlights the winemakers it works with and their know-how. Lovers of natural wines will find Beaujolais wines from the Betrand family, which benefit from a special vinification process that emphasizes fruit and terroir.

Alexander Morlier, a former Grand Cascade and Crillon, and Aurélien Gil-Artagnan, whose grandfather was Armagnac's producer, is a former former Paul Bocuse, Taillevent and Mandarin Oriental. They worked together at Bristol as assistant chief sommelier. The idea of opening their own cellar had been germinated for a few months and once ripe, it was a reality. Four times five, I let you make the calculation… Here is the wine house founded by Vincent Delages, a wine-maker. Known, less known, rare, expensive and inexpensive bottles from small French producers and selected in all regions of France. Wines are produced in biodynamie or with grapes from organic farming. The result of the union of the 150 concerned vine growers of know-how and quality, this authentic frankness gathers the vineyards of all the confused corners of France, that they are the small ones like large producers. For more than 20 years, Les Domaines qui monte have just proposed 700 wine references, sold with a right price. Strong of its success, this cellar has three addresses in Paris which are cellar-tables of guests where rich menus are used in large main courses as for the house and everyone serves at will. Small supplement, to table or take-away, no corkage charge is applied. In the shops of this wine merchant, we find not only wines and spirits, but also a whole selection of local produce (cheeses, terrines, foie gras, saltings...).

Le Petit Ballon, which mainly offers online wine sales and subscription packages to discover new wines every month, also welcomes customers to this boutique, in the heart of the Saint-Lazare district, where it is possible to taste and exchange ideas about wine. The company's motto is to "introduce wines in a different way in a simple, fun and innovative way". The space is widely open with a bar where entertainment and workshops are held led by high-level sommeliers. Among the services offered: the creation of tailor-made cellars or the organisation of private events.

In the heart of Saint-Louis Island, this wine cellar welcomes small producers of French soil through more than 300 references of natural, organic or biodynamiques wines. Discoverers: Hervé and Franck who go to France to fill up the traps to make their customers know little wonders at a low price. Every Saturday, they organize tastings from 10 p. m. for beginners or enlightened amateurs looking for new ones.

Bertrand Bluy, aka Bébert, manages this good restaurant with great humour and generosity where one will always find themselves as well as their friends and close ones around a single menu of the friendly Tom (Ulric Claude, in town), as the wines here are very drinkable, pleasant, surprising, always exquisite! This former wine cellar continues to showcase its beautiful bottles of wine - nearly 350 selections - and all are suggested during takeaway sales!

Founded in 1983, Cave Julien de Savignac proudly defends the Bergerac wines, the speciality of the house. In addition, there are about 5 000 references you can find here concerning wines or spirits. All these are carefully selected and presented to amateurs with passion.

If you already know Joël Robuchon, there is no doubt that this cellar, a stone's throw from his workshop, will seduce you. The chef wanted to stand out by opening his own address. Antoine Hernandez, a sommelier at Joël Robuchon's, is in charge of the selection: more than 5,000 references, from great wines to wines from small producers at low prices.

This is one of the finest locations of the capital, with its long history which lasts from the end of World War II and a vocation that still remains: to select and share great findings from each producing region in France. Burgundian bottles are remarkable, they come from large establishments or from small talented producers. Prices start softly to climb to the top, which is not new! But everyone can enjoy tastings that are regularly organized and mostly on weekend. A must in the district where you are always welcome, and an address that won't disappoint you.

Daron means the boss, the householder. By giving this name to his cellar, the manager wanted to honor his grandfather who introduced him to wine and passed on his passion to him. His choices are varied, but what is most important is the quality and prices accessible to everyone around ten euros, even if the prices of some bottles is high, which is quite normal. Its selection is composed of several dozen references, mainly French, with priority given to winegrowers who work within organic or biodynamic methods. Some good champagnes with extravagant vintages... Many tastings are also organized here.

After several generations of wine merchants, the Grandes Caves de Paris, founded in 1986, is a true institution for wine lovers in the Paris region. Since 1988, Les Grandes Caves De Paris has been located in the west of Paris, where several cellars are located, including this one. Offering wines and brandy, each shop is run by a specialist who knows the partner producers well and knows how to be attentive to customer requirements. The wines from the greatest estates are rigorously selected with more than 1,800 references in all the wine-growing regions of France (Alsace, Burgundy, Champagne, Loire, Languedoc-Roussillon, Rhône, Bordeaux...).

Since 1986, it has been a Mecca of the district. Indeed, the very fine connoisseur Jean-Luc Tucoulat selects for you the best wines from new producers (or more confirmed wines) with a surprising aromatic range, more classic wines, but so tasty, and many spirits. Special mention for Cognac, for which we have one of the best selections in northern Paris. The shop also has a very practical online version via its website. "Ame et Esprit du vin" certainly lives up to its name because that is precisely what this address contains. The reception is nice, with a choice of around ten wines with the renewed glass every two months and bottles at cellar price. Note that some greedy specialties can be eaten (Iberian Pata Negra charcuterie, refined cheeses…) to accompany the wines. The cellar contains a few small jewels that are hard to get in most wine merchants, both in wine and in alcohols. Note that the place also has other stores in the capital. In short, nothing is missing, both in quantity and quality!

Raphael Jimenez is a jazz fan and a knowledgeable wine connoisseur. If he has his preferences and his reference value, he constantly looks for new products so he can share with his customers. He is particularly fond of the local wines, authentic, not tampered wines. He offers some wines around 10 €, but the selection also includes rarities at exorbitant cost. You will notice a very good selection of wines from the South West: Madiran, Cahors, Gaillac ... The pleasure is usually at the expectations of customers ... And very often on Thursday evening, you can sit around a table so as to enjoy these wines.

If Burgundy wines have their own cellar in the middle of Paris it is thanks to Philippe Séré, a great wine lover and wine tasting club animator. He wanted to promote the diversity of Burgundy - more than 600 references in cellar - from the simplest or more prestigious. Certainly, the sign is known to everyone and does not lack notoriety. If we are not surprised when we come here, on the other hand, we will have (almost) everything we are looking for. So, Anthony Remaudière knows his job well, and will not spare his energy to help you find the bottle you need. He always gives his customers valuable advice either in the choice of wines or in the food and wine pairing. His shop is rich with 900 references in wines, spirits, champagnes, gift ideas and different boxes. Own brands, exclusive products, all the regions of the French vineyard are represented as well as foreign vineyards.

You don't know where to store your wine in safe custody? The Cave is at your disposal. To offer the best possible benefits, Emmanuel Giuliani and Denis Gall, two wine enthusiasts and wine lovers offer to their guests an area with over 1000 square metres. Rare in Paris, individual crates of 300 bottles or 500 bottles, a real cellar like at home! The locations from 72 bottles are of course possible. The wines are kept in an appropriate and a safe place with constant temperature and hygrometry control. A nice idea to keep your best vintages at best.

Jean-Pierre Descaves is his real name... he is sometimes strange and curious. This former restaurateur became a wine merchant because he loves wine and quality wine above all. His cellar displays small and grands crus from all regions and a lot of Corsican wines that were often rewarded. A fine selection of champagne, alcohol from beautiful establishments and some beautiful products from Southwest complete the range. The guy is friendly and does not hesitate to make his customers enjoy his preferences.

The Burgundy wine lovers will find there what they are looking for, since it is the wine-growing region that is the most represented in this cellar. You will find some wines, côte chalonnaise, côte de Beaune and côte de Nuit, and other delights like the Domaine Forey wines. The other French regions are well represented with some bottles coming from independent wine-growers. There is something for all the gourds and the shop opens bottles very often to organise tastings open to all. One of our favourite addresses: for its sober setting, and for its cellar in the basement with more than 150 references of wines harvested by hand, for the kindness and passion of the owners of the places, Axel and Arnaud, for the beautiful selection that they continually provide, for the way they have to share their love of wine and their beautiful bottles. Many small wine-makers bring to this cellar a high quality and originality. There are also some alcohols, including improved rums.

Juan Sanchez runs this beautiful shop that we love first and foremost for its stone walls and beautiful woodwork. But our attention is suddenly caught, or even more captivated by the choice of wines on offer. Vallée de la Loire, Bourgogne, Alsace, Vallée du Rhône, Champagne, Bordelais... all regions are nicely represented, with a slight favoritism for Languedoc-Roussillon. A preference that we forgive, especially since we share it, and that it is beautifully represented here. On Saturdays, you can taste this selection with winegrowers who have come to Paris to fervently demonstrate their wine-growing faith. Not to be missed!
