The Barav is a restaurant, a bar and a cellar. A small fine grocery store is filled with a few very well selected and high quality products. Philippe is a former executive in the IT. A grandson of winemakers and especially a passionate wine lover, he decides to take everything to dedicate himself to his passion. To begin his trip, the visitor is given a registered magnetic card that he uses to select the desired wine. he then can get served of the desired dose - 3, 6 or 12 cl - to accompany the tasting of "cornets" of charcuterie or cheese and set up on a small bistrot table or in the living room corner. A smart system, since it is obviously only the dose chosen is paid thus and without abuse, allows to discover several wines by tasting. The choices of "cellar master" at the top of modernity for the concept, are often favourites, and always well-thought selections of safe values or novelties. Once a month, amateurs meet winemakers and tastings take place along with concerts. Philippe has arranged the space a little like the cellar of an individual. Wood, warm stones and copper combine beautifully to bring a warm atmosphere. The basement rooms are privatized.

Repaire de Bacchus is located in one of the capital's oldest streets, in the heart of the lively Latin Quarter. In this pedestrian street, you'll find what has made the reputation of the house: a vast selection of wines, made by expert teams. Here, you can enjoy long opening hours - the store is open every day - and, as always, expert advice. A must on this busy arrondissement street.

Located in the Carré Rive Gauche district of Paris, Cave des Climats is a wine shop offering a wide selection of wines. You can make your purchases in-store, pick them up on site or opt for delivery. La Cave des Climats also offers tailor-made events and privatizations to suit your wishes and budget. Reservations must be made in advance, and the number of participants confirmed 48 hours in advance.

A cellar entirely dedicated to champagne! Fanny Heucq, the owner and daughter of a winegrower, has selected high quality champagnes from small farms which, for the most part, do not have access to large-scale distribution. In total, the work of more than 20 artisanal winemakers, whose know-how has nothing to envy the greatest, is honored here. For those who want to refine their knowledge of "fine bubbles", Dilettantes offers tastings and oenology workshops. It is possible to buy on the spot or on the website (about 130 references of local champagnes, plus those of the great houses).

The owners of the Rigmarole next door, Jessica Yang and Robert Compagnon, are also at the helm of Folderol, a crazy concept that's been all the rage for some time now. Here, Jessica, a former pastry chef at Guy Savoy, offers ice creams that are as surprising as they are delicious. While the repertoire still includes the great classics, the olive oil, cold brew and banana crème crue ice creams stand out. A glass of wine is available to accompany this refreshing break.

Among the various Repaire de Bacchus outlets in Paris, the establishment on rue Saint-Dominique, in the chic shopping district of the ^7th arrondissement, is no exception to the rule of excellence that is the norm. Opening hours are extensive: the restaurant is open late into the evening from Tuesday to Saturday (until 8.30pm). A fine selection of wines and spirits, including some very rare references kept in a cellar of old vintages. And expert advice that makes it the place to go.

An original merchant, but in his way: A little messy shop is a veritable cave of Ali Baba, full of treasures, that one cooks with the help of Philippe and Stéphane, from the small winemaker to the vineyard stars (Joblot, Lamarche, Forey, Bouchard father and son, Big brother and sister, DRC, Cuilleron, Gerin, Alphonse Melot, Château, Château-Myrat, Krug, Château-Myrat, Krug, Bollinger, Jablonski, etc.). Strategically located at the corner of rue Saint-Placide and rue du Cherche-Midi, this small (in terms of surface area) wine cellar is known for its cutting-edge selection, which combines wines from small producers and well-known estates.
