PARIS CAVE
Before putting his bottles in the small Mayet street, François Surget did not settle for Nicolas or Le Lair de Bacchus. This wine tasting has a passion for wine that he transmits during his oenology courses and especially in his shop which brings together about 1 200 references of French wines and spirits. He signed vintages: the wine to 10 balls or 20 balls… These are assemblages from a selection of syrah, mourvèdre and carignan barrels, des Saint-Chinian and Minervois du Languedoc-Roussillon. There is a very good selection of whiskies, and white wines, rosé wines and champagnes are constantly fresh. The reception of François and his team is truly pro and personalized: advice on agreement and wines, wine choice based on tastes and desires of customers, but also oenology courses or wine tastings.
