The restaurant of the Auberge du Cheval Blanche, located in an ancient typically Breton building, offers traditional local cuisine based on fresh local produce. The map is varied with meat, fish and crustaceans. There is even a vegetarian menu! And the other menus proposed will delight each appetite. On the sea side, you can enjoy the scallop of scallops to the Breton, the small seafood base or the grilled dorade on a tagliatelle bed. At La Bergerie, all crepes are carefully prepared with fresh ingredients and home cooked. Among buckwheat galette specialties, you will find the famous Noix de Saint-Jacques and its homemade sauce, leek fondue with smoked bacon or the copious Paysanne made with potatoes, onions, smoked bacon and cream... As for wheat pancakes, the Homemade salted butter caramel or Gourmande (golden apple, vanilla ice cream, caramel and Chantilly) will make your mouth water... All of these accompanied by very good Breton traditional cider from Cidrerie des Terroirs à Lizio. The prices are very affordable.

The Barrey sisters are at the Rozell helm, this pretty creperie with red and grey interior where you can see boats sailing. The welcome is family and the crepe is inventive. Because each speciality pancake has a name, take your time to descover the buckwheat family: Maé consists of scallops and leeks fondue; Morgane is a complete with ham, egg, cheese, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. In the wheat flour family: Bleuenn is with homemade salted butter caramel and chocolat, as for Soizic, she is with pistachio cream and raspberry sorbet. Ciders, farm ciders and apple juices are organic. Enjoy your meal!

Welcome to Ty Forn or the "Maison du Four", because this walk-restaurant located at 4 km from Spend and in which you welcome since 12 May 2010 Guenaelle and Guenael, took its neighbourhoods in a former bakery. Fans of pancakes and patties will be seduced by all these specialities - prepared with organic flour and fresh products for the most - such as the goat galette, candied tomatoes and honey or the caramel apple crepe and her homemade home cream, which you can enjoy with a bio cider. For others, the house also offers a traditional restaurant card: salads (meal or entry), French meat, fish fillets, homemade desserts… Groups up to 50 people are accepted upon reservation.

Among the specialities of patties, you have, for example, the Breizhouille (massive massive, lard, potato, salad) and Toulazon (egg, cheese, sausage, cooked tomatoes), and crêpes, the Bobo greedy (odawara apples, vanilla ice, caramel, chantilly, almonds) won all the votes.
