Here, place the fresh, local and quality products (flour of black wheat and wheat made by the "Moulin de Roncin" of Ploërmel, cider from the local Terroir…), cooked with talent by the house. Among the specialities of patties, try the "rustic" (artisanale artisanale sauce, onion sauce) or "fisherman" (Saint-Jacques, fondue of leeks) and crêpes side, let yourself be tempted by "delight" (hashed apples, caramel with homemade salt butter) or "orangine" (hot chocolate, amères of bitter oranges, orange ice), delicious to wish… The hotel, which has a small terrace in the summer, also has copious meals.

Julien and his team welcome you in this traditional house, with exposed beams and a Breton decor. On sunny days, the large bay windows are open onto the street and the covered terrace on the garden side invites you for a pleasant moment in July and August. Here, pancakes and buckwheat pancakes are made with fresh ingredients and are homemade and usually with lovely flavours. La Pourlette (cheese, andouille sausage from Guémené, bacon, ancient potato, salad) and Scallops (pancakes folded in triangle, fresh mushrooms, leeks fondue, salads, small cassoulets of scallops served with sauce) are some galettes that will please your taste buds while Antillaise (banana, chocolate blazed with rum and grapes rum ice cream) and homemade salted butter caramel flower and its caramel ice-cream and caramel liqueur are some pancakes that will delight you. An added advantage in the creperie, located in the city centre along the main commercial street is that pancakes and galettes are made in front of the customers. The establishment also offers salad meals and omelettes. All of these are served at affordable prices.  

A little away from the crowds of the pretty port of Saint-Goustan, the Billig Café enjoys a beautiful location on the banks of the Auray River. Here, no plates or cutlery, it is in cardboard cones and by hand that you can taste the house specialities. A playful and practical concept! For lunch, a formula is proposed with a "classic" pancake, pancake and drink but it is possible to compose your lunch or dinner à la carte. The brand favours local and Breton products. What is more appropriate than eating a crepe in the heart of Brittany? The Key to the Peninsula opens its doors, to make you discover a crepe entirely realized with local products: the famous black wheat flour of Brittany (guarantee without treatment), vegetables from the Market market, but also beers and artisanal cider from all straight from Morbihan. À la carte, a gideons crepe topped with mushrooms, tomatoes and ratatouille (which can change according to the vegetables of the day), and in dessert, a crepe to chocolate or to the artisanal jam.

This gulf Creperie located 1 km from the small port of Bono, on the Baden road in the direction of Arradon. Corinne and Fabrice invite and welcome you to discover their various specialties. A la carte, waffles, of course, like the Scandinavian one (smoked salmon, fresh lemon cream and asparagus) or the bigoudène (andouille sausage from Guémené, cheese and salad) and pancakes - to gourmet lovers, we strongly recommend Trégor made of nougat ice, caramelised apples and maple syrup, accompanied with a small bowl of traditional cider. The restaurant also offers bouchot mussels - marinière or creamy - real Troyes andouille or maxi salads.

To find this creperie- grill, where you will be welcomed by Cathy and Nicolas, in the centre of Josselin, go towards the canal. A parking lot is found nearby. The quality of the products is undeniable and the toppings finely cooked. Among the specialities of patties, we have been seduced by the Norwegian (smoked salmon, fresh cream, lemon) and La (massive moutarde mustard to onions flambés in cognac, mushrooms) while crêpes, we have been able to resist the delicious Gold black (homemade chocolate, orange jam, almonds) and the inescapable Salipomme (milky apples and caramel in butter) house salt). We don't get tired of it! In summer, artisanal ice creams, like cider, come at an opportune time. All you have to do is sit down and dine.

Café Cotton welcomes the groups all year round (for your evenings, birthdays, or other events), the buses (for the lunch of your passengers), associations (for your year-end meals, or any other occasion to meet), hikers (for the lunch break, or the evening festive dinner).
