Café-crêperie serving pancakes prepared with buckwheat flour in Mauron.

Nicolas and Janick dedicate their establishment exclusively to catering, having previously operated as a bar-tabac. On the menu, galettes prepared with Blé Noir Tradition Bretagne flours: the Paimpont is topped with goat's cheese, honey and walnuts, the Huelgoat with Guéméné andouille sausage and onion confit. Desserts are made along the rivers: the Oust with homemade chocolate, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, the Aff with coconut ice cream, banana, chocolate and whipped cream.

Une excellente adresse ! La cuisine y est délicieuse, les enfants y sont chouchoutés, dans l'assiette comme en salle.
Le terme de "Service" prend tout son sens grâce à la gentillesse de chacune.

What an absolute delight. Both our galettes and crepes were perfect, the flavours simple but very tasty. Nicolas, the host, was kind enough to fit us in during a very busy Tuesday lunchtime. He spent a little time with us explaining a few ingredients of which we were unsure. The service was spot on. Thank you.
