At the family estate of Beauregard, special attention is paid to the land and the environment. From the integrated viticulture of the 16 hectares of vines to the environmentally friendly packaging, Jérôme and Stéphanie Dépernon, the siblings at the head of the business, are attentive to the smallest detail. And this is what has made the reputation of the domain for 5 generations. It is a pleasure to discover the Côte du Couchois with them, tasting reds, whites or crémant during an initiation to wine tasting or a picnic in the vineyards.

Domaine Besson is a must in Givry. For its excellent wines, its recurrent participation in local events, and for its heritage, with a dovecote and winery listed as historic monuments. Owned by the Besson family since the 1930s, the estate boasts 12 hectares of vines, producing white and red givry in village and premier crus appellations. The owners practice sustainable agriculture and speak passionately about it. A guest room on the estate offers an opportunity to visit the winery.

Philippe Chautard, grandson of Louis Picamelot, is the director of this renowned Crémant de Bourgogne house. Committed to perpetuating the quality of Burgundy's Crémant terroirs, Philippe has created a winery housed in a bioclimatic building in the heart of the rock. This site houses all the company's production tools. A welcoming boutique, where tastings take place on a platform overlooking the stocks, adjoins the rock of an old quarry sinking beneath the earth and vines.

in the ^7th generation, Yves, with his son Loïc, is at the head of this family heritage. We can only pay tribute to the memory of Edward de Suremain, Yves' grandfather, as he was at the origin, in 1923, of the Mercurey appellation. Thanks to these two enthusiasts, you can learn all about the history of the domaine, this fabulous village and this exceptional terroir. Domaine de Suremain produces six red Mercurey wines, including five ^1ers crus with distinctive characteristics, a white Mercurey and a crémant. The vines are grown using sustainable methods and harvested by hand.

In 2000, Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume Bret took over the La Soufrandière estate, acquired in 1947 by their paternal grandfather. They farm their vines using organic and biodynamic methods (including horse-drawn ploughing). They treat the great wines they produce with the same care, thanks to their wine merchant Bret Brothers. It's a pleasure to stop and meet these passionate people, who gladly share their love of terroir.

The Curveux family estate has been established in Fuissé, near the superb Saint-Germain church, for four generations now, winemakers from father to son. The estate is now in the hands of Guillaume, who has taken over from his father Joël. Take advantage of a stroll in the surrounding area to taste one of the appellations produced (Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Chaintré, Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Fuissé^1er cru) in the 8-hectare vineyard. The vineyard, which is cultivated in a sustainable manner, is certified High Environmental Value.

Set amidst vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see, Sylvaine and Alain Normand's cellar is a large, modern building that looks like a Zenith. Inspired by the rocks of the Mâconnais region, it pays homage to the surrounding heritage and communes, including Solutré, Chaintré, Prissé, Igé and La Roche Vineuse, where the couple cultivate 35 ha of vines. Domaine France Dessauge, although located in the Maranges region of Saône-et-Loire, is well known in the Côte de Beaune for its wine tourism. Sandrine and Jean-Baptiste Dessauge perpetuate the family traditions of an estate that extends over 21 hectares of vines producing eleven different appellations. The tasting cellar is nestled between the winery and the ^16th-century cellars. The Maranges produce assertive wines, while the Santenay are as white as they are red. Crémants complete the range of gently priced wines. An endearing family estate.

A witness to a rich history, the Domaine is now a 17 hectare landscaped park, open to the promenade and place of numerous events.

From the castle of Champgrenon (demolished in 1920), there are still remains. In particular, the door of the sunset, a magnificent building whose pediment displays "Champgrenon, temple of Des and Apollo" in tribute to the first owner: Aimé de Rymon (1573-1645), prosecutor of the king.

The property passed, by alliance to the family of Rambuteau, which valorisa it: a new east-facing castle, a landscaped park made by Jean-Marie Morel, creator of numerous national parks and gardens, a cooler and a orangerie. The personality of the Count of Rambuteau (1781-1869), a chamberlain of Napoleon 1 er, prefect of the Seine, still radiates on Champgrenon.

In 1997, the town of Charnay-lès-Mâcon, a new owner, engaged in the restoration of existing heritage: couchant door, cooler, entrance pavilion, farm buildings, wells… and makes it a place of cultural events. There is a green theatre and an outdoor scene for the July 14 events, the Musik'O Plural festival or the summer appointments.
Since July 2008, the old farm buildings of the Domaine have housed the former «Mécanique mechanical mill». Visitors can discover the ancient restored mechanisms as well as the know-how of this profession, which is now missing on the commune.

Françoise Feuillat-Juillot proves, along with other local women winemakers, that wine is not just a man's business. She heads up a 14-hectare estate that produces excellent appellations, mostly white wine: mainly Montagny^1er cru, including a 2018 Les Coères cuvée awarded a gold medal by the Vignerons Indépendants, and a little red Burgundy. A winegrower who works an 18.5 hectare estate to produce only Montagny^1er Cru appellation wines through three cuvées. Christophe Perrin cut his teeth on the Côte de Nuits before moving to Southern Burgundy to set up his own domaine in 2011. Starting with just 3 ha of vines, he now owns 7 ha. Located in the heart of the Cluny vineyards, Domaine Christophe Perrin produces white, red and rosé wines. Arriving at the estate is particularly pleasant in a vast courtyard on the main street of the charming village of Jambles. Christophe Drain perpetuates a family estate whose vines extend over 18 hectares around Givry with a balance between white and red crus, Villages and Premiers Crus, plus a Crémant, a ratafia and 7-year-old Fines et Marcs. Jean-Pierre Michel is a benchmark for fans of Mâconnais wines and Burgundy in general. Since 2017, together with his son Quentin, they now farm nearly 9 ha in Quintaine, in the heart of the Viré-Clessé and Mâcon-Villages appellations. Their manual work, without herbicides and using organic fertilizers, earned them Organic Agriculture certification in 2022. The Tramier L.et Fils vineyard is a benchmark in Burgundy. The Cave du Père Tiennne, located in the town of Sologny, is the fruit of the dream of Agnès and Eric PANAY, who realized their desire to become winegrowers in 1992. Despite financial difficulties and a lack of land and equipment, they managed to rent a plot of vines and finally become winemakers. They chose to make their wine in a Cave Particulière, so as to be able to market their products directly and make the most of their production by selling in bottles. Thanks to the confidence of other vineyard owners, they have been able to expand their vineyard and now have 5.5 hectares of freehold land and 60 ares of leased land. Their entire harvest is vinified and sold in bottles, mainly direct to private customers who are welcomed at the Cave for enjoyable tastings. Although their three sons have different passions, Agnès and Eric secretly hope that at least one of them will take up the torch to perpetuate the family traditions.

La Cave Talmard is a winery located in Uchizy. It is run by Mallory and Benjamin Talmard, who own the vineyards. The winery offers a variety of wines, including Douceur d'Automne, which features fig notes on the nose and a slightly sweet palate, ideal for foie gras and desserts. During the last three weeks of August, the winery is also closed for annual vacations.

They offer tastings with a tour of the château and themed dinners. In a small house set in the château's magnificent grounds, a charming gîte offers a total experience.

Value waits for neither the number of years nor the surface area of the land, and the proof is in this very young domaine. Just four hectares of vines for an estate created in 2015 by this young winemaker who, from the outset, wanted to go biodynamic. Nicolas Delfaud obtained the label for his very first vintage in 2016.
