It's at the foot of Solutré that the modern Atrium du Pouilly-Fuissé has been set up, uniting 250 producers of the eponymous appellation. A modern, bright and friendly tasting room, where you can discover the wines of this fabulous terroir, as well as other aspects of the area. Six discovery weekends, with free tastings of six wines, are also organized throughout the year.

The Cave des Vignerons de Mancey is a unique winery dedicated to the vines and wines of Burgundy, with a scenographic space and a huge range of 85 Burgundy appellations. The cellar showcases the work of some 50 winemakers, who produce small cuvées of chardonnay, pinot noir, aligoté and gamay, expressing the typicity of their terroirs. For gourmets, the "produits du terroir" area, where you'll also find a wide selection of wine accessories, offers the best of local traditions.

Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Specializing in the great wines of the Côte Chalonnaise and, above all, Crémant de Bourgogne, this vast 116-hectare estate delicately showcases the terroirs of the Rully, Givry, Mercurey, Bouzeron and Montagny appellations. Produced using sustainable viticulture methods, the wines are fine and delicate. There's nothing better than to treat yourself to a tasting in this exceptional setting of vaulted cellars carved out of the rock. A great address!

Discover Millebuis by Les Vignerons de Buxy, the emblematic Buxy cooperative winery founded in 1931 by committed winegrowers. With nearly 200 members, it offers a variety of local appellations at affordable prices. Immerse yourself in the world of wines: Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise and Crémant de Bourgogne. Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. The formula is simple: simply obtain a tasting card from reception, credit it with the amount of your choice, and make your selection from the wines available.

Located in Rully, the Maison Amelin has been putting traditional know-how and quality at the heart of its sparkling wine production for over 60 years. At the head of this family business, Géraldine produces 350,000 bottles per year: fine wines, crémants or sparkling wines in brut, rosé or even red! All of them are elaborated according to the traditional method that we are happy to discover during a tasting or a visit of the site. Practical: you can even extend your stay by taking advantage of the gîte installed above the winery.

Just a stone's throw from the famous Château de Cormatin, the Caveau du Figuier is the perfect place to stop. With over 25 years' experience, Évelyne offers a wide range of wines, beers and spirits. Local beverages (Crémant de Bourgogne, wines from Côte Chalonnaise, Mâconnais, Beaujolais, etc.), as well as wines from all over France and the world, are on sale. Tastings are available on request. With its 400 member-cooperators, Cave de Lugny shines the spotlight on these master craftsmen, proud of their land, who care for and nurture their vines all year round. The Cave Coopérative produces and markets wines, continuing the expertise of several generations of winegrowers. The Lugny winery raises and vinifies white wines in particular, bringing their uniqueness and international renown. A dedicated sales and tasting area showcases the floral, honey and citrus characteristics of these Mâconnais cuvées.

Domaine Duvernay in Mercurey is particularly welcoming, with its glass-enclosed boutique cellar overlooking the vines. It's also a young domaine, founded in 1970 by Jean Duvernay, the grandfather who dug his cellar in the stone at the foot of his house. Today, it's his son Jean-Luc and granddaughter Floriane who share the work. The domaine cultivates 20 ha of vines in the Coteaux bourguignons, Crémant, Aligoté, Mercurey white and red appellations, including the flagship Mercurey rouge^1er Cru Le Clos l'Évêque.

As part of the Burgundy Wine Route, the domaine of Marc Jambon et fils is an ideal stopping-off point for a vineyard tour and cellar tasting. The domaine is a family business dating back to 1750. In early 2017, the team expanded, with Michel PRUDHON joining Pierre-Antoine at the head of the domaine and Marc gradually acclimatizing to his retirement. The domaine's production includes Bourgogne aligoté and Mâcon Pierreclos white wines, Pouilly-Vinzelles and Mâcon Pierreclos red wines, and a selection of dry and sweet vins de France that contribute to the domaine's reputation. The estate also organizes gourmet tastings for groups. A few meters or kilometers further on, you can admire the Roche de Solutré, the prehistory museum or the Vergisson menhir. Domaine Sève is a must-see winery in Solutré-Pouilly, Southern Burgundy. With exceptional exposure in a natural prehistoric site classified as a Grand Site de France, the estate offers visitors a unique experience. The estate extends over 20 parcels with a total surface area of 7 hectares70, planted exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. Each Pouilly-Fuissé cuvée has its own personality, the result of 5 generations of winemaking expertise. The estate's white wines, notably Pouilly-Fuissé "Anthilde" and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, are renowned for their complex fruitiness, minerality and fleshy roundness. The estate offers tours of its authentic cellar, where visitors can taste the different cuvées of Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, while learning about the stages of wine production.

With Tristan Barreiros, former Paris restaurateur and founder of Bonne Maison, the term "épicerie fine" takes on its full meaning. The company has also been recognized for its quality by the Collège Culinaire de France, created by 15 renowned chefs. Born in the spring of 2023, Bonne Maison is already a great success, notably for its Charolais pastis, which it makes, like other delicacies, on its farm-workshop in La Guiche. Homemade or collected with passion, honeys, oils, jams, spirits and other delicacies are available to take away or taste on site.

At the heart of Romanèche-Thorins for over 130 years, Maison Jacoulot is renowned for the quality of its marcs and fines de Bourgogne. Today at the head of the company, the Vançon family perpetuates its know-how, producing over 120,000 bottles each year by hand. You can visit the cellar, admire the oak barrels and taste the surprising liqueurs. In early 2024, Cavistes & Co magazine named its peppermint liqueur "Liqueur of the Year 2023".

At the foot of the majestic Solutré rock, the Cave des Vignerons des Terres Secrètes unveils wines deeply marked by their terroir. Sometimes from tiny plots, they acquire a distinctive character that sets them apart. The winery is also committed to the environment, through its "Vignerons engagés développement durable" label. Saint-Véran, mâcon verzé, pouilly-fuissé and other local appellations are available for tasting, and vineyard walks are organized in fine weather.

The Domaine de la Source des fées combines vineyards, Burgundian gastronomy and sweetness of life. It seems that the fairies have leant on this 4.5-hectare estate producing Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint-Véran for the white as well as Macon for the red wine. Make a stop in this fine estate and take the opportunity to taste the vintage. In September, immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the typical Burgundy harvest, hand-made and always in a good mood.

On the first floor of this imposing and majestic columned building, the Maison des Vins, you'll find the store where you'll find a wealth of wine and culinary treasures. These include wines from the Mâconnais region, Beaujolais and Côte Chalonnaise. A wide selection of liqueurs, original vinegars and sweet and savoury treats are also on offer.
