Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Specializing in the great wines of the Côte Chalonnaise and, above all, Crémant de Bourgogne, this vast 116-hectare estate delicately showcases the terroirs of the Rully, Givry, Mercurey, Bouzeron and Montagny appellations. Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. The formula is simple: simply obtain a tasting card from reception, credit it with the amount of your choice, and make your selection from the wines available.

Located in Rully, the Maison Amelin has been putting traditional know-how and quality at the heart of its sparkling wine production for over 60 years. At the head of this family business, Géraldine produces 350,000 bottles per year: fine wines, crémants or sparkling wines in brut, rosé or even red! All of them are elaborated according to the traditional method that we are happy to discover during a tasting or a visit of the site. Practical: you can even extend your stay by taking advantage of the gîte installed above the winery.

Domaine Duvernay in Mercurey is particularly welcoming, with its glass-enclosed boutique cellar overlooking the vines. It's also a young domaine, founded in 1970 by Jean Duvernay, the grandfather who dug his cellar in the stone at the foot of his house. Today, it's his son Jean-Luc and granddaughter Floriane who share the work. The domaine cultivates 20 ha of vines in the Coteaux bourguignons, Crémant, Aligoté, Mercurey white and red appellations, including the flagship Mercurey rouge^1er Cru Le Clos l'Évêque.

As part of the Burgundy Wine Route, the domaine of Marc Jambon et fils is an ideal stopping-off point for a vineyard tour and cellar tasting. The domaine is a family business dating back to 1750. In early 2017, the team expanded, with Michel PRUDHON joining Pierre-Antoine at the head of the domaine and Marc gradually acclimatizing to his retirement. The domaine's production includes Bourgogne aligoté and Mâcon Pierreclos white wines, Pouilly-Vinzelles and Mâcon Pierreclos red wines, and a selection of dry and sweet vins de France that contribute to the domaine's reputation. The estate also organizes gourmet tastings for groups. A few meters or kilometers further on, you can admire the Roche de Solutré, the prehistory museum or the Vergisson menhir. Domaine Sève is a must-see winery in Solutré-Pouilly, Southern Burgundy. With exceptional exposure in a natural prehistoric site classified as a Grand Site de France, the estate offers visitors a unique experience. The estate extends over 20 parcels with a total surface area of 7 hectares70, planted exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. Each Pouilly-Fuissé cuvée has its own personality, the result of 5 generations of winemaking expertise. The estate's white wines, notably Pouilly-Fuissé "Anthilde" and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, are renowned for their complex fruitiness, minerality and fleshy roundness. The estate offers tours of its authentic cellar, where visitors can taste the different cuvées of Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, while learning about the stages of wine production.

The Domaine de la Source des fées combines vineyards, Burgundian gastronomy and sweetness of life. It seems that the fairies have leant on this 4.5-hectare estate producing Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint-Véran for the white as well as Macon for the red wine. Make a stop in this fine estate and take the opportunity to taste the vintage. In September, immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the typical Burgundy harvest, hand-made and always in a good mood.

Domaine du Four Bassot focuses on producing wines that reflect the terroir of the region. Their approach emphasizes the fundamental elements, without artifice, to create balanced, natural wines with a taut style. The site also offers an unusual gîte in the former winemakers' lodgings, where visitors can discover the work of the Gault family and their team. The estate regularly organizes events and activities, such as plantation trellising and grape harvests. Domaine du Four Bassot also reminds visitors of the importance of consuming alcohol in moderation.

Nicolas Ragot brings a remarkable modernity to this estate, representing the eighth generation. Modest in appearance, the estate opens the doors to a welcoming universe. We discover a maze of cellars and an impressive, unexpected winery. Nicolas Ragot works his 9 ha of vines, exclusively in the Givry appellation, with a concern for terroir that has earned him Haute Valeur Environnementale certification. He produces a range of four whites and six reds, including four ^1ers crus, which can be tasted on site or purchased directly online.

In the 1970s, the Perrachon family acquired the château and its estate, producing Beaujolais and Burgundy wines on 20 hectares. Eight appellations in white, red and rosé, including four crus in the Beaujolais and a Crémant de Bourgogne. Concerned about its environment, the estate works in integrated farming, as evidenced by the Terra Vitis charter. Note that it is possible to buy wines online if you can't come to the cellar.

Since the ^14th century, the Ninot family has seen a succession of coopers and winemakers, always with the same love of the vine. Today, it's Erell and Flavien, sister and brother, who continue to make history. On their 13 ha in Rully and Mercurey, they produce white and red wine, certified organic since 2020, in village and 1er cru appellations. You can simply visit the cellar, taste or take advantage of more complete and original offers, such as electric bikes and adventures in the vineyards.

Located on the Côte du Couchois in Dracy-lès-Couches, Domaine Demontmerot is now run by Laurent Demontmerot. The ^9th generation to carry on the family tradition, he is committed to working his 15 hectares of vines by hand in a sustainable way. The result is authentic red, white, rosé and crémant wines to suit every occasion. A true enthusiast, he takes great pleasure in sharing his wines and their history in his magnificent cellar.

Jonathan Seguin is one of the young generation of winegrowers on the Côte du Couchois. For him, wine is a vocation: he began by buying vines alongside his studies, and when an opportunity arose, he left his job to set up his own domaine. At 25, he owns just over 9 hectares of vines and is full of ambition. It's a pleasure to visit him in Saint-Sernin-du-Plain to chat with him and taste his wines, whether red, white or rosé, from the Burgundy, Côte du Couchois and Côte Chalonnaise appellations.

Since 1870, the Desvignes family has passed on its know-how from generation to generation, and with a name like that, it was predestined to do so. Today, Éric and his son Gautier, who gained experience in the United States, run the 10-hectare family estate in the hamlet of Poncey and share their passion for Givry wines. Sustainable viticulture, hand-picking and the perfect mastery of ancestral know-how all contribute to preserving the authenticity of the terroir and producing village and premier cru appellations.

Although Domaine Chanzy once belonged to the family of the same name, this is no longer the case. Nevertheless, the passion for wine-making remains intact. In the heart of the village of Bouzeron, the welcome is ideal, with a vast inner courtyard, a large tasting cellar and tours of the cellars or vineyards in season. Domaine Chanzy covers 80 hectares of land between the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune. The Domaine is committed to environmentally-friendly practices, and is open to visitors to help them discover its treasures.

The quality of Domaine Dureuil-Janthial wines, which Céline and Vincent Dureuil took over in 1994, is well established. Established mainly in the Côte Chalonnaise with 20 ha of vines in Rully and Mercurey, they are also present in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits with 3 ha. The team works its vines with the greatest respect for the land, seeking to reveal all the specificities of the different terroirs at its disposal. The magnificent ^19th-century vaulted cellar houses over 20 cuvées, which are available for tasting upon reservation.
