The charming little store, with its rustic decor and stone millstone in front, is equipped with a mill for preparing organic wholemeal spelt flours and various flakes. Visitors come for the wide range of sourdough breads, viennoiseries, cakes and original snacks.

In the bread department, there's something for everyone: cereal bread, sourdough bread or simply traditional baguette. When it comes to pastries, we're particularly fond of our seasonal creations. As for viennoiserie, in 2023 the brand won second prize in the departmental competition for the best croissants and pains au chocolat.

The breads are made from local organic flours and baked in a wood-fired oven dating back to 1860, giving them an inimitable taste. The bakery has won several awards in the best galette des rois competition organized each year by the municipality.
