There are also other jewels in the crown. The Treillebois farm also makes Camembert and two specialities of its own: Pont de Treillebois and Rougeot. Read moreGillot Fromagerie was born in 1912 on the site it has occupied for a century in the heart of the Ornais Bocage. Six families have come together to live the real Norman cheese of tradition. Normand Lait milk is collected within a radius of 25 km and follows a path as demanding as monitored before being transformed into a PDO Pie. The quality of this milk is the result of close collaboration between the producers and the cheese factory.
