LA CAVE À FROMAGES
Read moreA great place, which changed ownership last February, with Félix taking over from Manu! We might as well say it straight away, but the characteristic smell will quickly remind you: there's little or no cheese missing here. Whatever the pasta, the origin, the flavor, the animal (goat, sheep, cow), the choice is vast, and the possibilities multiple, since this cellar offers the preparation of entire trays. In addition, eggs, other dairy products and dried fruit complete the range, which is decidedly unrivalled!

LE FROMAGER DE LA BAIE
Read moreIt is all well and good to say: nothing can replace the link of a merchant who comes directly to your home. This is the challenge taken up by Fabrice Viart, whose passion for cheese brings him every week to six markets in the south of the Channel, and even in Ille-et-Vilaine. As a cheese-making and maturing artisan, he advises, depending on the season, happy consumers who often were no longer used to such valuable advice. The products, carefully selected, are as numerous as they are good, and most of them are sourced locally. A real pleasure, now too rare! In addition to going around the markets, a dedicated store is at your disposal in Granville, of course your taste buds are wriggling, but the sight of the eyes is not so bad either!
