It is all well and good to say: nothing can replace the link of a merchant who comes directly to your home. This is the challenge taken up by Fabrice Viart, whose passion for cheese brings him every week to six markets in the south of the Channel, and even in Ille-et-Vilaine. As a cheese-making and maturing artisan, he advises, depending on the season, happy consumers who often were no longer used to such valuable advice. The products, carefully selected, are as numerous as they are good, and most of them are sourced locally. A real pleasure, now too rare! In addition to going around the markets, a dedicated store is at your disposal in Granville, of course your taste buds are wriggling, but the sight of the eyes is not so bad either!
