Everyone knows Imanol Harinordoquy and his career as a rugby player, full of titles. Here, in his own image, he has created a wine cellar with a warm atmosphere, and a dining cellar with tasty dishes, cassolettes, charcuterie boards and oysters to share. At La Cave de Mon Père, right in the heart of the Saint-Charles district, renowned for its quality shops, Cindy and Edouard Laisney do more than just sell wine: they also share their passion for oenology, so they can legitimately advise you. Breathe, listen and, above all, taste these elixirs, with a predilection for the South and Languedoc. Wines, champagnes and spirits that will appeal to both neophytes and aficionados. A selection of charcuterie, Basque and Italian cheeses, ideal to accompany your choice of wine.

From pig farming to vineyards, this family has gone through several formative stages, from father to son. Pork first, and still relevant today since the ^16th century: "Abotia in Ispoure has been supplying pigs to the inhabitants of Pamplona since 1530", according to the archives. Wine began to exist at the end of the ^19th century. The vineyard almost disappeared until it was resurrected in 1987 with the arrival of the Errecart couple, assisted by their son Peio, on the 8.5-hectare estate on steep hillsides. A fine production recognized today.

Michel and Thérèse Rioupeyrous have a pleasant tasting room with barrels and a table where the estate's wines are presented. For over 20 years, they have been involved in organic farming, and today work biodynamically on 8.5 ha of land on sometimes spectacular slopes. Chéri Bibi is a natural cellar and wine bar featuring exceptional products and tasty market cuisine based on fresh produce. Every day brings new dishes inspired by the chef's creativity and the market. It's also an excellent wine cellar, offering and advising on natural wines, but not only that: local nuggets such as txakoli and Basque cider await you. You'll also find wines from every region. Gaston Leroux, author of the famous novel of the same name, would fit right in at the counter!

More than 200 m² are dedicated to the discovery of Domaine Brana's eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and wines. And over 1,500 m² dedicated to the distillery with its copper stills. Martine Brana and her brother Jean have designed this sales, tasting and promotion area, with their fruit-based products, including the famous pear, plum and raspberry eaux-de-vie, Espelette pepper gin, organic clementine and citron eaux-de-vie.

This old wine storehouse from the ^17th century is not only a wine cellar. Behind its window hides a place that we would describe today as vintage, authentic and atypical with its incomparable furniture. Kevin, a born epicurean, has developed a boutique in the warehouse with a wine tasting area, enriched by a delicatessen. Le Sang des Vignes houses more than 500 references of natural French and Spanish wines, with our South-West ambassador who knows each of the vineyards and winemakers directly. Real English beer made in Bearn at 100%. Faithful to the tradition and to the unchanged production for centuries, Lindy and David have realized their dream with this brewery where, from malted barley, hops and English yeast, they have created blond, amber, russet beers and a honey blonde. Obviously, Macbeth is not far away, if you enjoyed the tragedy, you will enjoy even more the King Lear and its hazelnut finish, the Three Witches which, with its strength and intensity, will make your wishes come true, or the Damned Spot which ends on a hint of chocolate, much softer. Beautiful creations, in the right language but with a Bearn character, if any!

A Basque adventure with Balea craft beer. Brewed from local and organic ingredients, the brand's name is a tribute to the famous cetacean long coveted by Basque fishermen. Balea is available in blond, white and IPA varieties, as well as a non-alcoholic, tropical summer session (Getaria). As an aperitif, it appeals not only to a discerning public, but also to neophytes and lovers of craft beers. David, a globetrotter during his hectic professional career, has returned to his original passion: the world of wines and spirits. He has taken up the torch of the cellar in Hasparren, a historic place for gourmets, bringing his generosity and know-how to bear. You'll find a subtle selection of "coup de coeur" wines, beers, champagnes, exceptional spirits and, to complete the introduction to taste, an Aizkorri-stamped delicatessen of land and sea products associated with the province of Guipuzcoa.

Vincent Drubay, a young sommelier voted best sommelier in the South-West and a gold medallist among France's best sommeliers, admires and promotes the work of independent winegrowers to the full. Having worked in the kitchens of Michel Guérard and the Ibarboure brothers, he has also made a few forays abroad. Here you'll find almost 1,000 references, ranging from the great classics to rarer "pleasure" nectars, as well as unknown wines. To share his passion, he organizes sessions dedicated to learning the basics of oenology.

A winegrowing and cider-making estate that has managed to diversify by offering a bistrot paysan (country-style bistro) every Wednesday evening in July and August, with tasty local produce, organic Iduki from local producers, charcuterie and AOC Ossau Iraty cheeses... From apple tree to bottle, it's a long and precise job. As for the wines, let's mention Lurumea, "le petit de la terre" in red... You'll appreciate the products of their passion.

4 generations in the wine business. In 1974, Etienne and Adrien created the distillery, now run by their daughter Martine, while her brother Jean manages the 16-hectare vineyard, laid out on narrow terraces. Domaine Brana, certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) level 3, has been in organic conversion since 2020. An ecological vineyard offering a rich diversity. Since 1996, discover and taste cider varieties made from emblematic apples. An ancestral tradition going back centuries. The planting of a variety of apples (Anisa, Xamula, Peatxa, Eztika...) allows you to appreciate the diversity and traditional know-how of these Basque cider producers. 5 orchards are under the AB label and others are in the process of conversion. You can discover Eztigar's production methods in the workshop, and taste their products at the bar: charcuterie platter, ice creams and, of course, ciders.

Fernand Montaut took over the family estate handed down from generation to generation since 1877. A little like a magical painting, the Pyrenees stand opposite this residence typical inhabitant of Béarn. Between vineyards and vault, it employs time to take care of its vineyard extract the best form of grape and local. Each year has its own personal touch and is sharp in terms of praise like this Cuvée Prestige white, attractive, harmonious and balanced, which combines power and nervousness with a change in warm mouth. This is a family property of 25 acres including 10 planted in vineyard. Today it is the nephew Didier who invaded the estate on the side of the owner, Casimir Capdevielle. In a beautifully restored barn with a béarnaise sauce, you will find a large tasting room with a beautiful outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the vineyards, and a side room charmer with hints of the past. As the estate was organised for guided tours, seminars, tastings and the perfectly orchestrated meals... In the range of wines from the estate, discover, the dry jurançon, "Brise Océane" cool and refreshing, the soft "Breath of the South" fruity and bright, with the full and structured mouth, "Nobility of balanced Autumn" and personality, and slightly wooded "Rêve de Pyrénées".

Since July 2022, the opening of the Vinothèque des Vignerons du Jurançon has been a must for wine lovers, with the opportunity to taste and buy exceptional wines directly. Located just outside Pau, the vinothèque aims to bring producers and consumers closer together geographically, creating an authentic link between wine enthusiasts and Jurançon's artisan winemakers. The vinothèque offers a selection of 120 Jurançon wines. Each bottle reflects the local terroir, and expresses the know-how of the winemakers.

Objectif Malt, a cellar dedicated to independent beers with more than 500 references from around the world in the heart of old Bayonne. A beautiful panel of Basque and international beers that you can discover, taste and take away without hesitation, all with the advice of Franck, the "houblonneur" of the place! Every week, there are new arrivals from various craft breweries; French, Belgian, English, Spanish, etc. Boxes and glasses are also available, which are gift ideas to be consumed without complex, but always with moderation.

Domaine Vigneau Pouquet is located in the town of Crouseilles, in the South-West region of France. Founded before the First World War, it is now run by Arnaud Vigneau. The estate cultivates around 20 hectares of vines, producing wines in the Madiran, Pacherenc-du-vic-bilh and Béarn appellations. The estate's wines range from still whites to still reds. Among our most popular wines are Clos de l'Église, a sweet Pacherenc with aromas of acacia, fresh almond and white peach, and Pur Sang, a deep, brilliant red with notes of ripe red and black fruit. Denguin is a small town in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region of France. Among the town's tourist attractions is Pépinières Viticoles Salettes / Domaine du Moncaut - Vins Hèita. This nursery offers a selection of quality local wines, produced by Sophie and Thibaud de Salettes. Visitors can taste and buy these wines directly on site. Wine lovers are sure to find something to their liking in Denguin, thanks to the quality wines offered by Pépinières Viticoles Salettes / Domaine du Moncaut - Vins Hèita.

This estate, run by Peio Espil, the appellation's first independent winegrower, is a sure bet with around 10 hectares of organically grown grapes, 7 hectares of red and 3 of white. All grown on the clay-limestone slopes above the village. A rosé, a white and 2 red wines are produced. Cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and tannat make up the rosé and red wines, while petit manseng and petit courbu make up the estate's white wines. Tasting is a privileged moment when the winemaker speaks with passion about his craft.

Matthieu's distillery produces gin and whisky. And not just any range: single malt with top-of-the-range gin, fresh, elegant, with a subtle taste of alcohol, ideal for gin and tonics and other cocktails. And whisky too. Ingredients for the gin, such as juniper berries and citrus fruits, are picked in the Basque Country. As for whisky, the barley is harvested in the Orthez region of Béarn, while Guiche's forthcoming organic production is awaited. These nectars can be found in fine delicatessens and cellars throughout the region and beyond.

Topa cider ("the encounter" in Basque) is an exceptional beverage. With a long history in the Basque country, it has been a success for 6 years, thanks to the tenacity of 2 friends, Pascal and Grégoire, the founders of this artisanal nugget located in Bidart. Topa cider, which can be found on fine tables, in wine shops and delicatessens, is made from over 12 varieties of apples grown in the orchards of the Basque country. Its fruity, aromatic character comes from 4 months of natural fermentation at low temperature. Numerous awards!

Since 2006,Etxeko Bob's Beer has been a craft brewery in the heart of the Basque Country, where passionate brewers have been crafting beers of character using the finest natural ingredients and meticulous brewing processes for over 17 years. These beers contain only barley and wheat malts, hops, mountain spring water and yeast. The brewery's name was chosen by Bob, an Englishman and Basque by adoption. Try the classics: blonde, white, IPA, amber, brown; as well as limited edition creations!

The Basque Country is famous for Kupela (barrel in Basque), one of the region's leading names in artisanal ciders and apple juice. Its cider is produced in Astigarraga at the Etxeberria artisanal cider mill. Made from apples grown in the Basque country, it is less acidic than some Basque ciders. Slightly effervescent and fruity, it retains a certain bitterness reminiscent of Breton cider. With its pronounced aromas of fresh apples, Sagardoa Kupela pays tribute to Basque gastronomy. Small in surface area, but large and rich in quality, with a selection of organic, biodynamic and natural wines and spirits from the regions, our specialist's cellar reveals real treasures. Nearly 70 winemakers are on display here. And it's with pride, yet humility, that our seasoned caviste selects flasks from the finest producers, crafted in harmony with "Mother Nature". A trained sommelier, Alexandre also organizes tasting evenings accompanied by charcuterie platters, with an open stage for musicians. A great initiative that we really appreciate.

Located in the heart of Bayonne, Kevin's radiant boutique offers premium spirits, with an exceptional selection of whiskies from around the world, as well as rums, gins, tequilas, vodkas and more. In a hushed atmosphere and with this large table where you can taste these subtle stills, you can also share and accompany boards of charcuterie and cheeses from local artisans. Every Friday evening, there are themed tastings of spirits. And every week, the latest nuggets from the ends of the earth.

Located in the heart of the (busy!) Saint-Frédéric business park, the establishment of Côté Cave is an excellent initiative by Maison Duprat, well known here for its bottling line. The employees of the many businesses around this new winery are delighted with the proximity, diversity and choice, with exceptional value for money. Over 600 references, including wines from here and abroad (and even from far away!), spirits and beers, including the Duprat house beer, which works directly with the brewers. Already a guaranteed success.

It was this passion that led Dorian to set up his own distillery for gins, vodkas, liqueurs (mint and coffee) and other spirits in 2019, and he's now enjoying great success with wine merchants, delicatessens and connoisseurs alike! He distills with precision "sous vide", i.e. at low temperature, unlike industrial brands; in this way, the taste of the plants is sublimated as the aromas are respected. As a result, he has developed a range of top-quality spirits, and also offers customized and exclusive creations on request.

le Chai de l'Adour offers both conventional and organic wines. The range is growing all the time. Wines from all over the region, carefully selected champagnes, beers and spirits for every budget. Abarratia is an autonomous Basque beer brand, and is brewed in Ayherre using renewable energy, water from the Uhaldegaraia spring and malts and hops grown in the Basque country, in an eco-responsible approach. They are available in cans, making them easy to store, transport and reduce breakage. Other advantages of cans: they're easier to recycle than glass, so they're more environmentally friendly, and the beer retains all its aromas. Available in blond, white and Session IPA.

It is not only the wine that is different here, it is also the cellar, the welcome, the advice or simply the professionalism of our sommelier Hervé, who is a starred chef. Conviviality, diversity and seasonality are the signature of this place which gives taste to good taste! Domaine Gutuzia, represented by Cécile and Sébastien, is located in the hills above Saint-Etienne-de-Baïgorry. AOC Irouléguy, it produces a Tannat-based rosé, a Gros and Petit Manseng-based white and tannic Tannat-based reds vinified in Dolia (amphorae). An educational visit to a vineyard is a must (except for the tasting). We also offer a 47 m² mobile home.

Pixte, the Basque aperitif par excellence, can be found in wine shops and delicatessens throughout the Basque Country. A pure beverage from a secret family recipe, developed over half a century, it's an aperitif with notes of cherry, almonds and various touches, but not too sweet, and a subtle blend of red wine and various local spirits.
