On a mountainside, the winegrowers of La Cave d'Irouléguy hand-pick their grapes from nearly 145 hectares. Here, Irouléguy wine, a true signature of the Basque country, has acquired its letters of nobility over the years. The Cave d'Irouléguy welcomes you to its luminous boutique dedicated to the know-how of its winemakers. The curious can enjoy a total sensory experience and share an authentic moment over a complimentary wine tasting. Camille and Benjamin have been making artisanal natural spirits and liqueurs for over 10 years, and created one of the first Patxaran in the Northern Basque Country. Their specialties are well known: Patxaran, Manzana, Patxaka, Basque Pastis, Gin and craft beers. 2024 marks a turning point, with the takeover of Txopinondo (Sagarno apple wine), and the opening (at last!) of their boutique-bar-tasting room to enjoy their specialities after work or later in the evening!

The world of beer has undergone a silent but delicious revolution in recent decades. In Pau, La Craft-Pyrénées emerged in 2022 and offers a menu focused on quality, taste and craftsmanship. The brewery likes to propose compositions with unusual ingredients, special yeasts, and unique brewing processes to create beers that are out of the ordinary. This charming 5 hectare estate, located in the Pyrenean foothills not far from Pau, is owned by the Arraou family. With a production that has recently left the Jurançon appellation, these talented winegrowers have taken their biodynamic approach and have launched a pure vinification without any input. In this eco-responsible winery, new experiments are developed such as the ovoid vat made of limestone and clay inspired by the ancient Roman jars and which allows an optimal micro-oxygenation. Sweet, mellow, dry, maceration or natural sparkling white wines are produced... With a particular focus on the Argile cuvée, which has already seduced the world's greatest tables.
