This address isn't exactly sober, given the number of beautiful bottles on the shelves. A humorous wink from the people in charge of this cellar, bar and even restaurant. The selections are small nuggets unearthed in France or in vineyards further afield, and are always genuine discoveries. The cellar, which boasts over 500 references, organizes tastings of wines, world whiskies, cognacs and beers, as well as one-off events; it also invites winemakers to present their treasures.

Sébastien Coularis has opened this Entrepôt on the route de Soulac, north of Lesparre. He advises both professional and private customers on their choice of wines, with a particular focus on the little nuggets he regularly unearths. While he focuses on Medoc and the whole range of Bordeaux wines, he also offers wines from other regions and abroad. There's also a wide range of producers' beers, arranged rums, whiskies, ciders and regional products.

Created in 2010, the cellar was taken over by Hugo and Rémi, two epicureans sensitive to the land and to the work of man, who had already opened together the wine bar La Barrique. Joined by Romane, they guide the connoisseurs as well as the novices and propose to discover numerous and excellent references of Graves, Sauternes, wines of Bordeaux, France and the world. A fine selection of whiskies, spirits and champagnes complete their offer. With a perfect knowledge of their subject, they will also be able to advise you on perfect food and wine pairings.

In this cellar, Bordeaux wines are at the forefront, but they also cohabit with Burgundies, Alsace wines, Côtes du Rhône and foreign wines. Some are sold by the case or in fountains (Bag in Box). And there are always a few chilled references. The cellar is also home to a wide variety of regional products, including whiskies, spirits, champagnes, beers (including Mira brewed in La Teste-de-Buch), teas and coffees, including the famous Tchanqué from the Arcachon basin. Viniflore is also located at 9, avenue de la Presqu'île, Cap Ferret.

A philosopher by training and originally from the Netherlands, Vanno Jobse takes a different, detached view of the Bordeaux vineyards and their wines. He therefore proposes atypical wines that break the codes, corresponding to his values: always organic, natural or biodynamically produced, the wines of the winemakers and producers he selects deserve their place in the spotlight! And as there's nothing better than tasting to convince you, tastings (free of charge) are regularly organized in the boutique to discover these nuggets.

Like Obelix with the magic potion, Mélodie Boileau and Thibault Dussert know the world of wine inside out. In fact, the family has been publishing the annual Dussert-Gerber Wine Guide since 1972. Brother and sister already ran the Gradignan boutique. Now they're back in Arcachon. And when your name is L'Amour du vin, you do it well. Here, we sell at the same price as at the estate! What's more, it's not uncommon for the winemakers themselves to come and show you their wines for guided tastings.

A non-alcoholic wine cellar in the Bordeaux region - now that's unusual! The challenge has been taken up by this store, which offers de-alcoholized wines, spirits and other beverages, for those who want to reduce their consumption without depriving themselves of taste. The range selected by this daring pair of wine merchants is extensive, covering a variety of grape varieties: chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon... The store's owners, Pascale Chevalier and Vincent Faure, worked for many years in the wine industry before opening their own business. Their aim is to introduce visitors to wines produced by passionate winemakers, showcasing their expertise and offering remarkable value for money. In addition to wines and spirits, the boutique also offers a range of beers, delicatessen products and gifts for all occasions.
