Since 1875, blanquette has been produced by hand in a family-run business, with bottling on site and manual riddling of 30,000 bottles daily. During the 45-minute "Bulles et Lumière" tour, you'll discover the cellars and all the stages involved in making this sparkling wine. The tour is completed by a 3D video, and your visit ends appropriately with a tasting.

Read moreNestled in the heart of a valley, on a land once cultivated by monks of Saint Hilaire's abbey, the domain de Martinolles perpetuates the age-old tradition. Here, you can taste its blanquettes, crémant, chardonnays and Pinot Noirs that are often rewarded. The pale yellow and crystalline coloured chardonnay reveals scents of dry apricot and vineyard peach. Blanquette de Limoux Carte Noire, with a beautiful bright yellow colour and golden reflections, has foam rope supported by slender and many fine bubbles. It subtly blends notes of white peach with scents of white flowers, making it perfect for an aperitif, for cocktails, or to accompany meals.

Read moreRucher de l'Ours was founded in 1975. Today, Philippe Weibel runs 300 hives in the Pyrenees, producing around 10 tonnes of a wide variety of honeys every year. Within a 100 km radius of the honey house, the bees find a wide variety of resources in a pollution-free environment. Among the products on offer here are some twenty honeys, such as dandelion honey, with its pronounced taste slightly attenuated by the taste of wild cherry, very bitter arbutus honey, woodruff honey...
DOMAINE CASTEL NEGRE
Read moreIn the heart of Cathar Country, this beautiful estate of the Upper Valley of the Aude extends over 150 hectares. It cultivates vines on 14 acres, and, since 2001, a limestone plateau is planted with 500 olive trees. It is a charming place to discover the wines of the region. Fourteen acres of vineyards with various grape varieties make up the vineyard: You will find chardonnay, chenin and Mauzac which are used to make the blanquette stew, but also syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Cabernet franc. The estate has focused, since 2008, on organic farming. You can enjoy the wines, crémants and other blanquettes, some of which were awarded in the vault, where lovers will enjoy doing their shopping.
