Truly loving the terroir of Limoux and the regional wines, Christiane and Jean-Louis Guiraud-Filh take us on a journey through this wine cellar, the first to be opened in Limoux. This "pleasure" cellar reflects all the terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon, with some 350 references, the emphasis is put on organic and biodynamic still wines. The advice is personalised and attentive, your food and wine pairing will be perfect. You can brighten up your taste buds with a selection of Blanquette de Limoux (a must-have local sparkling wine with world renown). Linger in the "secret de cave" section highlighting the best the Languedoc terroir products, top-of-the-range wines and rare wines.
As for spirits, you will be familiar with excellence, with a wonderful selection of rum from all over the world, as well as whisky and other pudding wines that highlights refinement, exoticism and rarity.
