Nestled in the heart of a valley, on a land once cultivated by monks of Saint Hilaire's abbey, the domain de Martinolles perpetuates the age-old tradition. Here, you can taste its blanquettes, crémant, chardonnays and Pinot Noirs that are often rewarded. The pale yellow and crystalline coloured chardonnay reveals scents of dry apricot and vineyard peach. Blanquette de Limoux Carte Noire, with a beautiful bright yellow colour and golden reflections, has foam rope supported by slender and many fine bubbles. It subtly blends notes of white peach with scents of white flowers, making it perfect for an aperitif, for cocktails, or to accompany meals.

We have to Domaine de Martinolles to discover their wines, and we discovered more, impeccable reception was reserved for us (and we had not prevent a we visited), we leave with the one with blanquette and crémant, and especially to the desire to coming to spend a few days in their cottage with pool!
