This is a sparkling creperie! The appealing, colorful façade adorned with pretty little blue waves already makes you want to discover the place! It is a family story, a story of sisters, but especially a story of the heart. Here, pancake is not just simple dough but a symbol of conviviality and authenticity for the two sisters and associates. On the menu, pancakes and galettes are named with a lot of fantasy. We can cite: the Emeraude (fresh leeks fondue with diced bacon), Flibustier (onion steak, egg, fresh mushrooms, cheese), or Chavichou (goat cheese, onions, nuts, emmental, a hint of honey and salad), Fleur de sel (salted butter galette from Brittany). For dessert, the Salidou (salted butter caramel, vanilla ball and hazelnut chips) is our favourite. You will be welcome with friendliness and simplicity, for a sweet or salty break... or both! Listening to the sound of the waves, settle into the small fisherman's house that turns its back on the sea. La Marie Galante is a typical restaurant in the village of Audresselles where the pots are constantly cooking the best local specialities: lobster, crab, oysters, langoustines, clams or grey shrimp. The chef skillfully accommodates seasonal fish in original sauces: a word of advice, let yourself be tempted by "La Marée du jour". The dish is generous: steak with shallot, salmon steak with tarragon, skate wing with capers or sole meunière, there is enough to spend a pleasant time. Quantity and quality! It is unpretentious and the spontaneity takes on all its significance here.

At lunchtime or in the evening, sit down and enjoy a panoramic view overlooking the lake. Cooking is traditional and regional: You're going to delight with the house potjevleesch, the marinières mussels and the raie. The plates are generous. For sugar vents, the hostel offers excellent pancakes and ice creams!
