This name that sings in the ear used to designate a tool used to clean ditches... It is now a table with a good reputation, which can open or close the walk on the marshes of Isnor. Here you can taste local dishes: honey and speculoos cabécou aumônière, Flemish gingerbread carbonnade, chicken casserole with Ch'ti beer gratiné with maroilles... and above all the famous suckling pig, cooked in a wood-fired oven for eight hours, a treat that melts in your mouth... Je devais fêter mon anniversaire hier à 11 dans ce restaurant. A 12h30, nous trouvons porte close, aucun mot sur la porte. J'avais pourtant réservé par téléphone et mail. Nous sommes allés déjeuner Al'Cabane, juste à côté ouf :)
