Smoked duck breast, cassoulet, 100% duck sausage, duck rillettes with grapes and Armagnac, guinea fowl with chasseur sauce, coq au vin, rabbit confit. To keep their original flavour, the preserves are put in glass jars, without colouring or preservatives.
