This family canning business founded in 1888, a real institution in Beaumont de Lomagne, has managed to keep its traditional character intact while negotiating development and diversification. Micouleau's top-of-the-range products are a real gem of Gascon gastronomy: duck terrines, cassoulets, confits, foies gras, products that have regularly won medals at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris since 2009... The best thing to do is to buy them in the shop, for the atmosphere and the ambiance!
