The words "heritage" and "transmission" take on their full meaning on this Tarn farm. Indeed, the history of La Métairie Neuve is linked to that of the Vernheres family, owners of the property since 1981. Today, the third generation is at the head of this quality production. Together, Jackie and Eric perpetuate the tradition, accompanied recently by their son, Frédéric. They produce Muscovy duck, roast duck and chicken, always with the same attention to quality, GMO-free products and animal welfare.
