The interior of this brewery-restaurant, created by Yannick Metge, has been enlarged and is now a real success. In a neo-industrial setting, the microbrewery is housed in a former iron workshop. We're at the heart of local consumption, with beers brewed on site, and tapas and burgers concocted with local produce. At 12 noon, the traditional slate-style cuisine is top-notch. Why the fork? Nestled on the heights of Pas de la Case, the Cave Passion store has 250 m² dedicated to the world of spirits. With more than 1,100 references of rums, 700 references of whiskies, gins, cognacs and armagnacs, Cave Passion will advise you during a tasting session: which rum for a successful mojito? In the heart of the pretty village of Lannepax, the Delord house has been distilling exceptional armagnacs since 1893. Founded by Prosper Delord, itinerant distiller and cellar master, the company is now run by the dynamic tandem of his great-grandsons Jérôme and Sylvain who, while passionately preserving the treasure of a family know-how built up over four generations, are bringing it fully into the modern age. The vintages, as well as the skilful blends slowly matured in the beautiful rooms of the cellar, enjoy an international aura.

Bought at the beginning of the 20th century by the Gessler family, it is now Vanessa and Kevin, representatives of the^4th generation, who have the reins of the Domaine de Joÿ. The Gesslers have always been lovers of white wines, and they bring out the best in traditional grape varieties with great delicacy. Low-pressure pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and air-conditioning in the winery allow the wine to be matured gently and no sulphites are added. Folle-blanche and baco are also grown to produce the famous armagnac.

Located in the ^19th century château de Capdeville, this tasting and sales area serves as a showcase for the AOP Fronton appellation. Very aromatic wines made from a local grape variety, the négrette. Three wines for free tasting each week, nearly 150 references belonging to the different domains of the Fronton appellation. Hiking, music in the vineyard, exhibition, wine and chocolate tasting... Fronton can be consumed without moderation or almost!

Since 1883, Armagnac has been at the heart of all our attention. The know-how acquired and passed on for more than 130 years has allowed us to build up a collection of the best eaux-de-vie, as the house relentlessly scours the lands of Armagnac to unearth forgotten treasures in the estates. Nowhere else in the world will you find such a wide range of old vintages. But sometimes you have to be prepared to pay several thousand euros for a bottle of the oldest armagnacs! An address not to be missed.

Magnificent residence, of regional and Persian style. A vineyard divided between tradition and modernism gives the best of its soil. The vines, managed in organic culture certified by Ecocert, are strewn with perennial flowers, lupins, fenugreek, oats, broad beans and other plants that transfer nitrogen from the air to the earth! This quality policy results in yields below the appellation limit. The king grape variety for Fronton wines, as for the estate, remains the négrette (called pinot Saint-Georges in the United States).

Careful you don't leave empty-handed if you enter my house... Kevin Gessler's. He runs the Domaine de Joÿ with his sister and also owns this cellar, located at the entrance to Nogaro. More than 600 references occupy the presentation cubes or wooden crates of this luminous shop. A real treasure cellar, most of the nuggets come from the South-West. However, Kevin also offers a short list of wines from elsewhere, whether from other French regions or from more distant vineyards such as this Austrian zweigelt. Homemade beers rub shoulders with wines. These are also available in 16-litre or 30-litre barrels for your parties. In this case, the filler is loaned to you by the cellar master. If you prefer spirits, here again the selection is very specific: gin and vodka from the Gers, rum from the Philippines, Japanese whisky or pure malt from Scotland. The Armagnacs come directly from the Domaine de Joÿ: VSOP, XO, out of age, vintage or special blends, there is something for every (good) taste and every budget. You can accompany your purchases with savoury biscuits or coucoucoucounettes from Pau, or one of the many delicatessen marvels. Here, everything is thought for you to spend a real moment of pleasure.

When Toy Country decides to become a land of beers, it does so without concession. The style is English, the water comes from the valley, the craftsmanship and the incredible environment. The names of the vintages are inspired by the great sites: cuvée du col du Tourmalet, du pic du Midi, du Cirque de Gavarnie... Amber, brown, white and the amazing IPA form the basis. Special brews: Christmas or spring beers regularly join the troops. You can enjoy a beer at the nicely decorated bar or on the terrace facing the Gave de Gavarnie.

Founded in 1950, the Condom wine cooperative represents 1,356 hectares of vineyards. It produces flocs, the inevitable armagnac of course, and côtes-de-gascogne, not forgetting saint-mont. The "Val de Gascogne" group has joined forces with Plaimont Producteurs, and the cooperative is committed to bringing to life forgotten local grape varieties, such as the black Manseng of Moonseng, and markets the very rare Saint-Mont made from pre-phylloxera vines.

This house, founded under Louis-Philippe, is proud to be the oldest in Armagnac. For 180 years, the Dartigalongue family has watched over the maturation of their eaux-de-vie in a magnificent cellar in the heart of Nogaro. Their armagnacs are the result of the blending of ugni blanc, baco and folle-blanche. They are distilled in a low-temperature still and aged for many years in oak barrels from the region. The house presents a very complete collection of eaux-de-vie (VSOP, hors d'âge, vintage...).

From the gentle Gers landscape, here is an address that has drawn everything from it. Veuve Lafontan raises wine distillation to the rank of excellence. Béatrice Mandon only produces exceptional armagnacs. To taste her armagnacs is to discover treasures of diversity and complexity and an authentic aromatic palette. The eaux-de-vie are aged in 200 to 400 litre pedunculate oak barrels. The treasure room contains an exceptional collection with a range of vintages from 1888 to 1969 preserved in casks.

The wines of Domaine Le Roc are becoming increasingly popular. Here, the wines made from négrette are given intensity in the colour, while supporting the broadness of the fruit. Amongst the cuvées on offer, the Don Quichotte has a brilliant, deep garnet colour. A rich, floral nose and a fruity mouth... What happiness! The estate takes part in the Fronton fête le printemps festival, which allows you to taste its wines in various places in and around Toulouse. It also offers various events according to the season. Proudly located in the Nogaro region, the cooperative cellar Les Hauts de Montrouge represents and gathers 60 winegrowers since 1963. They work together to promote their terroir through Côtes-de-Gascogne, Flocs and Armagnacs. With no less than 14 different white wines, they allow you to taste the richness of the Gascon soil and its grape varieties in a subtle way. Note that the VSOP Armagnac Hauts de Montrouge was awarded a gold medal at the Talents de l'Armagnac 2021! The cellar also welcomes groups.

In the 70's, the Romain family took over this very old estate, ripped out the hybrids and replanted with more noble grape varieties. The appellation Vins de Pays des Coteaux et Terrasses de Montauban was born. For more than twenty years, the sons Philippe and Thierry have been at the helm of this beautiful 70-hectare vineyard, and offer a very complete range of wines. Generous reds, very respectable whites. Rosés too, like the Syrah rosé which won a silver medal and the Mas des Anges rosé, gold medal at the Mondial du Rosé.
