Solomiac offers beautiful hikes in its surroundings, with notably the Pigeonniers trail or the Gimone trail. The 17 different routes allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Gers countryside and its bucolic panoramas. Hiking maps can be obtained from the Mauvezin Tourist Office or from the Solomiac town hall, which has financed a wonderful educational booklet allowing children to discover the banks of the Gimone.

Discovery trail of the Gimone. This trail is 1.7 km to 3 km long and is ideal to walk with children. Designed by the association Arbre et Paysage 32, it was financed by the Community of Communes. An educational booklet accompanies the trail and allows the youngest to become familiar with nature. Explanations, games, anecdotes allow to approach different themes: water, soil, fauna, flora, biotope, ecosystem and sustainable development. The games were created by students from the schools of Solomiac and Sarrant. The booklet, free of charge, can be picked up at the town hall of Solomiac or in the Tourist Offices. The map of the path can be downloaded from the commune's website.

Randonnée des Pigeonniers. This 14 km loop is for adults or cyclists. It crosses the countryside surrounding Solomiac and will lead you to the discovery of the pigeon houses, emblematic of the culture of the South-West. You can also see windmills and enjoy a superb panorama. The circuit is described in detail on the commune's website.

The golf course of this splendid property was inaugurated in 2004. The 18 holes, fairways, greens and bunkers are set in a vast 70 hectare park. The course is 6,300 meters long and is set on a hilly course punctuated by lakes. It is of international standard. Attached to the castle of Pallanne, you will take pleasure in prolonging the par at the club-house installed in the courtyard. 5 guest rooms and two cottages of 4 and 6 persons allow you to reside on the spot and to enjoy the golf and the swimming pool in an unlimited way. The Club Taurin Vicois has succeeded for many years in maintaining the tradition of Landes racing. With heart and passion, the club promotes this art of living and organizes the annual Toros en Vic event at Whitsun. Come and join the throngs of fans at the Vic-Fezensac arena during the racing season: musical entertainment with bandas and bullfighting atmosphere, the presence of the ganaderos and bullfighters at the meal organized by the Club... A truly festive occasion!

They have been talking about it for some time and they have done it! The two major players in this project marked the TFC and kept Toulouse ties. Fabien Barthès, who is no longer present, and Elie Baup, a recent club coach and former goalkeeper, has just created this academy of purpose guards whose first internships during the summer of 2008 took place in Luchon. They are open to girls and boys between the ages of 11 and 17. Future large doormen will work in particular the following: control of support, travel, air exits, stops arrested… In addition to the one week internships, possibility of annualise training over a period of 4 to 6 weeks. With two sponsors of this size, no one doubts that this academy will soon become a reference in the training of goal keepers!

The Aéro club Marcel DASSAULT - Louis BREGUET is a flying club located in Balma. It offers flying activities for amateurs and professionals alike.

Located in Balma on the Lasbordes airfield, this aerobatics club is one of the most important in France. It offers to the enthusiasts to train and to participate in competitions, but it also offers with the same pleasure the possibility to the neophytes to carry out a baptism of aerobatics! After a presentation of your aircraft and various safety instructions, hang on tight: you take your place on board an Extra 200, a tandem two-seater which allows you to perform the most acrobatic figures! The Comité Départemental de Spéléologie et de descente de Canyon de la Haute-Garonne is an association based in Balma. CSR Occitanie is an association based in Balma, Occitanie. Their website provides information on their activities and actions. CSR Occitanie organizes expeditions, school projects and training courses. They also publish a magazine called "Spélé Oc". The Ligue Occitanie de Bowling et de Sports de Quilles aims to promote bowling, as well as eight-pin bowling, nine-pin bowling and mallet bowling. The club to the northwest of Toulouse was born almost 90 years ago. Now in Fédérale 1, Blagnac Rugby has a fine record of achievement, having won the French Fédérale 2 Championship in 2001 and 2010, the French 7-a-side Championship in 2015, and most recently the French Espoirs National Championship in 2021. The MJC of Castanet-Tolosan is committed to the transmission of the heritage repertoire in all its diversity in a convivial and festive way by proposing traditional dance classes. Near the Fronton Sports Hall, the Verdure stream forms a small lake called Xeresa Lake. There are ten signposted walks starting from Rieumes, representing one hundred and twenty kilometres of paths. Seven of them meander through the valley and present no particular difficulty, so they are perfect for family outings, while three others cover the hillsides and require a little more effort, which is quickly rewarded by the panorama. The Golf de Salies-du-Salat is located a short distance from the centre. It has a nine-hole course approved by the French Golf Federation, a driving range with seven posts extending over a length of 240 metres, as well as a putting green. Founded in 1820, the music school became an annex of the Paris Conservatory twenty years later, with music, dance and theater divisions. It is equipped with numerous work studios, a chamber music room, an amphitheater, an orchestra stage and an organ room. Born in 1936, the Pyrénées Club is the oldest club in Toulouse! This association organizes numerous outings for all mountain lovers. Installed in the heart of Les Minimes, Ultrajump is a little more than a simple indoor trampoline park. Located in the Borderouge district of Paris, the Théâtre de la Violette is a tiny 50-seat venue that stages shows for all audiences, including some for the very young. The shows are poetic, musical, funny or playful, and come in small formats (20 min to 1h30). The other three are run by Grégory Bourut, Samuel Caprini and Philippe Canizarès, who offer annual sessions on Monday and Tuesday evenings. TO XIII is a venerable institution which, in 2017, blew out its 80 candles! Based alongside Stade Toulousain in the Stade Ernest Wallon, this XIII rugby club was the city's fourth-largest team when it was founded. It contested its first French Cup final in 1939. Since then, the club has won numerous honors, and today competes in the^2nd division of the English Championship. The club has its own training center, as well as a women's team, a junior team and a wheelchair rugby team.

The Alban-Minville swimming pool, located not far from the Bagatelle metro station has two basins, one of which is 25 metres over 15 meters, the other being smaller with 12,5 meters on 6 meters. It is a swimming pool open in the beautiful days, so that bathers can enjoy the rays of the sun. This swimming pool welcomes the activities of a swimmer. As in the other municipal swimming pools Toulouse, the wearing of the bathing cap is compulsory!

Founded in 1907, Stade Toulousain is one of France's most legendary and successful rugby clubs. With its impressive track record (21 times French Champion, 5 times European Champion), the club, now managed by Didier Lacroix, has seen some of France's most legendary players pass through its ranks, and today boasts some of the best French and international players, including the 2021 World Player of the Year, Antoine Dupont. Every first Thursday of the month, the MJC Pont des Demoiselles in Toulouse offers a traditional ball workshop. Traditional music teachers and their students can take the stage to test their repertoire, make people dance and put themselves in the situation of ball musicians. This 4-star greenway was developed by the municipality of Toulouse for 10 km and then by the Department of Haute-Garonne for 43 km following the towpath of the canal. It is the longest and most beautiful in the region, the first section of an itinerary to Sète, in the shade of large plane trees. Here passes the splendid Véloroute du canal des Deux Mers. La Baraque is a contemporary dance company based in Toulouse. Founded in 1989, it seeks to break free from the academic canons of dance to create its own style in which all bodies can express themselves in complete freedom.
