An alpine club in the Gers? What a strange idea you might say. Snow, if it shows up, hardly falls more than once a year. The undulating landscapes lack walls to climb... and yet. The Pyrenees are not far away and there is a climbing gym in Masseube. That's all it took for this club to be created, which consequently organizes ski, hiking or climbing outings. You don't need to be a member all year round to join them. There is a discovery card, valid for one day, which covers insurance. You can join the members for a nice walk in the surroundings, to face the wall of the Masseube room, follow a via ferrata training... There are many suggestions for outings and they can be found on the Agenda page of the club's website. To your skis, crampons, walking boots or slippers!
