The speciality of the house is the meat, certified Black Angus and cooked on a wood fire. Everything on the menu is excellent, from the Thai beef salad to the sea bream ceviche, not forgetting the sea cazuela with beurre blanc... Special mention for the chef's chocolate mousse! A restaurant, bar and pizzeria, this establishment has a panoramic terrace, above the waves, from which you can see the surfers evolve. Competitions take place on this very famous surf spot in Guadeloupe, hence its name. The terrace is very open and therefore exposed to the wind. On the menu, pizzas, salads, pasta, traditional and Creole dishes on the map.

A restaurant located in a beautiful colonial house full of charm (the "house of the prince" in French), well restored with a nice wooden ceiling, walls repainted in warm tones, and a beautiful patio. The waiters are all elegantly dressed and the welcome is friendly. The cuisine, both Cuban and international, is of good quality. We recommend the cheese soup and the grilled meat. Special mention for the original decoration, which looks very authentic, and the photos of Camaguey dating from the beginning of the 20th century.
