The selections are small nuggets unearthed in France or in vineyards further afield, and are always genuine discoveries. The cellar, which boasts over 500 references, organizes tastings of wines, world whiskies, cognacs and beers, as well as one-off events; it also invites winemakers to present their treasures.

Wines, champagnes, spirits, armagnacs, beers, rums... Le Chai d'Hossegor, located in the Pédebert zone, offers you a true sensory and taste experience in the heart of the boutique. As well as being warmly welcomed and advised by experts, you can take advantage all year round of the evenings and tastings that enliven the Chai d'Hossegor. From small producers to grands crus, you're bound to find a bottle to suit your tastes and budget among the thousands of references. But, of course, only in moderation!

Founded in 1983, this brand aims to give pride of place to local wines, especially from the Bergerac region. The wines on offer come either from family vineyards, or from Julien de Savignac's own winegrowers, or from partner vineyards in the region, of course. For example, Château Thénac, Château Briand-Bergerac, Domaine des Costes and many other vintages can be found in the various wine shops of the brand, which is well established in the Dordogne (Périgueux, Sarlat-la-Canéda, Brantôme).

Also present in Périgueux, Le Bugue, Paris and its suburbs, this brand continues to develop. Professionals, and above all lovers of the Périgord region, these wine merchants offer you a selection of the best Bergerac wines such as Château de Tiregand, Château de la Jaubertie, Château la Tour des Gendres, etc. Of course, the other great vineyards also have their place there as well as other jewels of our region; liqueurs and brandies, confits and other foie gras. Mahatsa is a wine and beer cellar dedicated to epicureans of taste. Our committed wine merchant offers a wide range of wines from France and beyond! With over 300 references in organic, biodynamic and natural wines, spirits and bubbles from small regional producers, Adrien, a Basque-Burgundian vintner and defender of taste and a job well done, offers us... Mahatsa is also a meeting place, with exhibitions by painters and a monthly oenology "school" over a plate of food.

Here are two scientists who have found an appropriate reconversion! Pauline (spirits specialist) and Gauthier (oenology specialist) created in 2022 a very nice concept between a wine and spirits cellar of the world and a tasting area / wine bar. Trained and passionate about wine and spirits, these two globetrotters take you on their travels and their wine stories! We love listening to them talk about the vineyards they discovered, the winemakers they met or the cocktail recipes they put forward! Very nice, personalized welcome and the possibility of nibbling on a board in the cosy tasting area.

This cellar and tasting room looks great on the forecourt of this bright, residential neighborhood. A beautiful exhibition and above all a beautiful cellar with the expert and professional advice of François, an epicurean as it should be! Wines from near and far, and a surprising collection of Portuguese wines, rare in the Basque country. One of the cellar's specialties is a selection of local charcuterie boards, prepared for tasting and discovery evenings.

Sébastien Coularis has opened this Entrepôt on the route de Soulac, north of Lesparre. He advises both professional and private customers on their choice of wines, with a particular focus on the little nuggets he regularly unearths. While he focuses on Medoc and the whole range of Bordeaux wines, he also offers wines from other regions and abroad. There's also a wide range of producers' beers, arranged rums, whiskies, ciders and regional products.

Created in 2010, the cellar was taken over by Hugo and Rémi, two epicureans sensitive to the land and to the work of man, who had already opened together the wine bar La Barrique. Joined by Romane, they guide the connoisseurs as well as the novices and propose to discover numerous and excellent references of Graves, Sauternes, wines of Bordeaux, France and the world. A fine selection of whiskies, spirits and champagnes complete their offer. With a perfect knowledge of their subject, they will also be able to advise you on perfect food and wine pairings.

In this cellar, Bordeaux wines are at the forefront, but they also cohabit with Burgundies, Alsace wines, Côtes du Rhône and foreign wines. Some are sold by the case or in fountains (Bag in Box). And there are always a few chilled references. The cellar is also home to a wide variety of regional products, including whiskies, spirits, champagnes, beers (including Mira brewed in La Teste-de-Buch), teas and coffees, including the famous Tchanqué from the Arcachon basin. For lovers of good taste: Anglet's vibrant 5 Cantons district continues to grow in leaps and bounds with Le Petit Chai wine shop ("little brother" of Le Chai de l'Adour), which complements the high-quality range of shops (Halles de marché, restaurants, bakers, patissiers...).
