The name stuck. Just like the slogan: We speak Catala. 80% of the produce on sale comes from the Raynal garden, seasonal fruit and vegetables grown using sustainable agriculture. The other products come from friends whose work methods Jean knows. When quality goes hand in hand with a smile and a good mood, you don't want to change the early bird!

Chantal and Olivier Cozon grow fruit and vegetables all year round on the Mauguio plain. They grow and harvest lettuces, onions, tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, melons... The good news is that they offer basket deliveries of their harvest. A few partner growers round out the shopping with grapes, nectarines, raspberries or bunches of mint. For more than 25 years Hélène and Henri have been driven by this conviction to work well and cleanly (in integrated agriculture and integrated pest management). Marion and Mathieu took on the challenge of reviving the existing chestnut grove and small orchard on their plot of land acquired in 2011. Christine cultivates her beautiful trees on 7 hectares on the heights of Laroque. This agri-silviculturist, as she defines herself, aims to enhance the ecosystem, so her orchards are neither irrigated nor treated. Just look at the soil at the foot of the trees, the grass is growing! Everything is done according to the rules of the art and the result is an inimitable taste! "The almond is a fruit rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins, and above all it contains no sugar and fights cholesterol," she confides. A real alicament to be rediscovered.

In Espira-de-Conflent, Marie cultivates the spice of the gods in organic agriculture. For the record, saffron comes from the three orange-red stigmas that make up the pistil of a pretty mauve flower, called Crocus sativus. Boris, a passionate young market gardener, has a triple objective: to grow healthy, certified organic vegetables and fruit in Sigean, close to the point of sale and accessible to all pocketbooks. A total of 32 species of vegetables are harvested in the field on the 1.5 ha he cultivates in summer and winter. Freshness is guaranteed by the fact that harvesting is followed by direct sale, with no "cold room" stage. Among these vegetables, two varieties are customer favorites: ogen melon and mini watermelons.

FRED Producteur is a market gardener offering a selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables. FRED Producteur focuses on the quality of its produce, giving preference to local producers and using organic growing methods. Their farm covers some 60 hectares of open fields and 3 hectares of unheated greenhouses.
