LePerco is a committed roaster. Pierre-Marie Camper, the creator, wants to awaken your taste through the tasting of coffee that he roasts with precision in his workshop in Narbonne. All the coffees he offers are certified organic and are part of an ethical approach, from the coffee tree to the cup. The coffees bearing the names Sororité, Gamelan, Ponant, Nouvelle Fleur and Levant all have an identity, a typicity. Taste them at the workshop, at the Saturday morning organic market in Narbonne or on the online store.

In the center of Aigues-Mortes, in the middle of the busy Rue Emile Zola, stop off at the Fées Café terrace and enjoy a magnificent view of the Tour de Constance. This torréfaction house, opened since 1918, is a family business like one like them: serious in all. From generation to generation, this company has retained its values and has never ceased to offer selected coffees of excellent quality. Beans purchased green are roasted in the workshop (on site) and processed into exceptional products. There are all the palaces, all the sensibilities. Since 2013, Jean-Pascal and Mathieu have taken the shop in hand, hearing of course perpetuating this tradition of quality and love of the product. In a narrow, shady street in Sommières town center, this boutique-tea room with its tiny terrace is the ideal place to sample coffees from all over the world. Guatemala, Papua, Nicaragua: each day, a different flavor is featured, served with a small Lunel cookie. Inside, you'll find everything you need to enjoy a hot beverage, from organic tea bags and loose coffee to mugs, teapots and scented shortbread. Don't wait any longer, treat yourself to a break!
