This wine and beer bar is located on a small quiet square where a good part of the terrace is spread out. Inside, it looks like a large tavern made of red briquettes, cement tiles on the floor, a large counter with 5 Belgian beer pumps and 30 homemade beers and wine barrels everywhere for decoration. They organise concerts on some Fridays. And for a better feast with friends, Jérémy also offers boards to share, baked camemberts with dried fruit or herbs and desserts for gourmets.

In a single place of 400 m², the wine and beer cellar, the bar and the modular auditorium with a capacity of 250 spectators are united. First of all, we like the beautiful and well laid out shop where nearly 300 references of beers from all over the world are sold, with an incredible number of craft beers. Then, we discover the warm and friendly bar area with its decoration made of barrels as tables and a cosy corner with comfortable armchairs. Two or three times a month, the Vinochope is transformed into a real concert/show room.

L'Instant T has found its style; the two managers had the idea of this tea room, tart shop, wine bar and also serves as a home-made beer cellar. L'Antre de l'Echoppe - both factory and beer tavern - is an atypical place. Renaud and Céline welcome you with conviviality and love of a job well done! Au Fut distinguishes itself from other bars by its "you're the bartender" concept: take a drink, put your card in front of one of the pumps installed on each table and serve yourself, according to your desires and new meetings. A V&B in Castelnaudary, a successful bet. Same manager as the one in Carcassonne, the concept is the same and works very well in the city of Chaur. Initial concept by two epicureans who love wine and beer, V and B quickly spread the good mood in the sad industrial areas of France.
