L'Instant T has found its style; the two managers came up with the idea of a multi-purpose place: part tea room, part restaurant, part wine bar and part craft beer cellar. Here, the focus is on 100% organic products, fair trade, local produce and the art of recycling. In the evening, it's rare to come in without something going on. It's truly a time for multi-cultural, alternative and musical get-togethers. There's something for every taste, from brewery beers to local wines and over 100 craft beer references from around the world.
