Produce is fresh and picked when ripe, to enhance its taste. Water is managed responsibly and fertilization is adapted to the soil's needs. The farm also promotes biodiversity by planting hedges, protecting groves and installing nesting boxes for species beneficial to pest control. Since 2023, the entire farm has been certified organic. Les Vergers de Maubec offers two sales systems: export and French supermarkets, as well as direct sales from producer to consumer.
