Read moreLet yourself be told the commune of Briennon by a Martin-fisherman, who will guide you into panel panels on the discovery trail «Between slipway and shore». At the start of the port, this 4,8 kilometre walk is ready for family walks, including the small games and quizzes that feed the trail. The circuit invites you to discover the omniprésence of water in Briennon by crossing the shores of the Loire and the Canal canal in Digoin. The main points of interest are the Teyssonne Canal bridge, the Cul Ass and the Briennon lock.

Read moreThis showroom for kitchen furniture, bathroom and storage, opened in 1999. Mobalpa is emblematic of the economic success of the valley in the wood industry, a major activity. Originally, a cabinetmaking workshop created by the artisan Eugene Fournier in 1907. The workshop is developing and, with the help of the sons Marcel and Paul, is moving towards the kitchen. In 1949, the Mobalpa brand (contraction of Alpine furniture) is launched and furniture becomes elements to combine between them. The company keeps innovating (built-in furniture, custom fixtures, ultra-resistant connections), and opens up to export the new lines (bathroom furniture, accessories, and storage). Mobalpa opens this gigantic space of 2 000 m 2, contemporary and design, for a permanent exhibition of over 100 models presented to the general public.
