It's the bistro-style version of the Grande Table gastronomique, whose address it shares within the famous Maison Chabran. And it's one of 6 restaurants run by Louis Chabran, son of Michel Chabran. A true institution built up over the decades by the patriarch. Le 45ème combines local produce with elegance. On the Coup de Coeur menu, for example: filet de maigre à la plancha, viennoise of herbs and turmeric cream, veal chop to share, smoked mashed potatoes, jus de cuisson...

Sheltered in a large wooden and stone chalet, the Cairn is located just at the foot of the La Norma slopes. The room is very bright thanks to its large bay windows and benefits from a cosy side with its fireplace. The restaurant also has a large outdoor terrace. 2 types of catering are available: At lunchtime, different menus or a snack formula, specialities and gourmet formula in the evening. The welcome is warm and children are welcome.

In the Auréats artisanal area, at the exit of Valence towards Crest, this warm address is hardly dedicated to tourists, but is worth a visit to enjoy a friendly atmosphere and a table full of flavours and freshness. Only downside, at lunch it's crowded and we wait a little, but always with a smiling and attentive service. At noon, it is the canteen for local workers, delivery workers and representatives. In the evening, residents of nearby hotels that do not have a restaurant appreciate this gourmet table where fresh produce is processed in the traditional brasserie tradition. It's copious and well presented. The room is pleasant, high under the ceiling, the water wall on Buddha's head is a success, the small terrace is appreciated from the sunny days. Upstairs it's quieter. It doesn't feel like being in the suburbs at all, but in a trendy and friendly restaurant. Test the pie chart. A delight! Here we serve tartars, hamburgers, ribs, cassolettes and seasonal dishes. That day on the menu: fish rillettes on toast, lentils/sausage and caramel cream. Simple and efficient!

Bar and restaurant, the V & P is a friendly place where you can relax and enjoy friends. We drink it, you eat it, and you even sing it, two Fridays a month with karaoke evenings! In the afternoon you can dine in a modern and friendly setting with salads, burgers, or fish and meat dishes. These include beef carpaccio, fries, and salmon and ceps risotto. You already have water in your mouth? Wait for the desserts to come! The heart of caramel and coffee gourmand will also drool you! If the restaurant is only open at midday, do not fear anything, those who have a small trough in the evening can always get fun with the tapas! Anneaux rings, pie bites, nems, onions doughnuts, or sausage/cheese boards, you will inevitably find your happiness!

Classic kitchen or prepared kitchen is first and foremost a generous kitchen - the dishes are particularly hearty - made home, that we are presented in a room opening onto a sunflower field in mural or in a pleasant courtyard with its garden and fountain. The appetizer buffet changes every day for the impeccable quality of the products and the card excludes the specialities: calf liver in persillade, hot sausage à la la, rognon goat sauce, sapper deck, fire pot or homemade lasagna. On the other hand, every Tuesday, an Italian dish is in suggestion, like every Friday it is on the fish turn. Another wonder of the places, a tab of fried beef in butter like few conservators can offer it to us for fear of panic our arteries, while you need to know the true flavours of life. Homemade desserts to finish with a floating island, an chocolates pie or a burnt cream. Friends first, certainly the only Smart Smart Table, enjoy it!
