L'ART TERRE
In the Auréats artisanal area, at the exit of Valence towards Crest, this warm address is hardly dedicated to tourists, but is worth a visit to enjoy a friendly atmosphere and a table full of flavours and freshness. Only downside, at lunch it's crowded and we wait a little, but always with a smiling and attentive service. At noon, it is the canteen for local workers, delivery workers and representatives. In the evening, residents of nearby hotels that do not have a restaurant appreciate this gourmet table where fresh produce is processed in the traditional brasserie tradition. It's copious and well presented. The room is pleasant, high under the ceiling, the water wall on Buddha's head is a success, the small terrace is appreciated from the sunny days. Upstairs it's quieter. It doesn't feel like being in the suburbs at all, but in a trendy and friendly restaurant. Test the pie chart. A delight! Here we serve tartars, hamburgers, ribs, cassolettes and seasonal dishes. That day on the menu: fish rillettes on toast, lentils/sausage and caramel cream. Simple and efficient!

Ce samedi soir 30 Mars, la salle du restaurant était comble (c'est bon signe), mais pour cinq personnes dont notre vaillante mère de 80 ans, Amandine, une serveuse nous propose si nous le souhaitons de diner en terrasse. Banco ! Nous sommes de Lorraine et ici pour nous ici c'est déjà l'été ;)
L'accueil, le service, les plats ... tout était à notre convenance.
C'est une bonne surprise de trouver un restaurant de ce genre dans une zone hôtelière à côté d'une sortie d'autoroute et avec une sincère convivialité.
Lorsque nous commandons nous demandons si nous bénéficions bien de 10% de remise sur l'addition car nous avions nos chambres à proximité à l'hôtel "Première classe". Étonnamment le sourire n'est pas retombé bien au contraire.
Vous l'aurez compris nous recommandons ce restaurant.... et sa brigade.
De l'accueil chaleureux et souriant jusqu'au plat qui était très bon....(pizza dromoise pour ma part)
A beaucoup de moments du repas la serveuse est venu me demander si tout se passait bien et si ça nous convenait..
J'y retournerai sans faute
