David works on the family estate to offer a fine range of wines. For tasting, he offers Volcanik, a 100% Gamay red, with notes of Morello cherry and a subtle peppery finish, made from century-old vines grown on basalt soil. He also produces red, white and rosé cuvées called Les Fesses, a funny name that simply comes from the locality of the same name where the grapes grow. The estate takes its name from a magnificent tree planted in the heart of the vineyard. Descended from a family of peasants dating back to the French Revolution, this atypical winemaker evolves off the beaten track. On a volcanic soil of basalt, he produces powerful, unique wines. The Tisserand family owns an 11-hectare estate on two parcels of land, one sandy, former riverbed, producing fresh, fruity wines, the other granitic, producing powerful wines. The vines are grown organically. Terres de ROA is the expression of Raisin Organics Attitude, from which the Trilogie range is derived. Discover the four cuvées in the Les Atypiques range, the beginnings of Loren: Supplément d'Âme, Reflet d'Âme, Tresse à Lier, Mystik; the Stellaires range with the Solaire white and Lunaire red cuvées, and an Evanescent sparkling wine.

Yvan Bernard, a former student of the Beaune oenology school, produces certified organic wines with Audrey Baldassin, under the appellation Les Chemins de l'Arkose, which pays tribute to the local stone. Yvan Bernard has quickly established himself as one of the rising stars of the Auvergne wine scene. Yvan and Audrey's biodynamic wines are respectful of the environment and nature. The estate covers almost 12 hectares, in the communes of Montpeyroux, La Sauvetat, Authezat, Corent and Boudes. Tours of the winery are available by appointment.

Since 1910, the vineyards have covered Bransat, Verneuil-en-Bourbonnais, Montord AOC and two non-AOC vineyards on the estate, totaling some 8 ha. The new terraced plots are farmed organically. The Gamay and Pinot Noir cuvée Les Maltôtes is also available in Chardonnay and Tressallier. Cuvée Le Quarteron, made from chardonnay, tressallier and sauvignon, is aged in Tronçais oak barrels. Vin d'Alon, made from chardonnay and tressallier, is aged in vats. Cuvée S.A.S. Le prince Charles-Henri de Lobkowicz, made from vin d'Alon, is aged in barrel.

Fabien Malavaud and his wife have taken over the 11 hectares of Domaine Gallas as independent winegrowers. He is also the new president of the Fédération des Vignerons Indépendants de l'Allier, and president of the Conservatoire des anciens cépages de l'Allier. So he has a global vision of the wine industry. He vinifies a pinot-gamay AOC Saint-Pourçain and a 100% tressallier. The gamay, with its fruity potential, is featured in the cuvée Les Fables. He offers two whites, two reds, a rosé and a champagne-method sparkling wine.

Independent winemakers, Fanny and Alexandre cultivate 18 hectares of vines spread over three communes on clay-limestone and clay-granitic soils. Their white wines are Grand Jardin, Coquillard and Tradition. Their rosé wines are Tradition and Rai de Soleil, both made from pure Gamay grapes. For reds, Cuvée des Gaumes, Font Gervin and red Tradition are made from Gamay and Pinot Noir. Sparkling wines include Ray de Bulles white and rosé. Also the Coquillard vendange d'été, a white with honey, the Orang'Ray, the Nois'Ray, a Limone'R, and a balsamic vinegar.

The Laurent family farms 35 hectares of vines on three different terroirs, small plots of limestone or granite, scattered across the hillsides of Saulcet, Bransat and Verneuil. Since 2020, they have been certified High Environmental Value, attesting to the estate's good practices in terms of biodiversity and low use of inputs. They produce three red cuvées from Gamay and Pinot Noir: Calnite, Puy Real (gold medal 2023, Terres de Vins) and Filiation. In white, two cuvées, Calnite and Puy Real. Sparkling wines: Yvonne and Le 31 rosé.

The Jallet family farms 7 hectares of AOC white, red and rosé in the communes of Contigny and Saulcet. Discover the Tradition white, aged in barrels. The rosé, made from direct-pressed Gamay grapes. The red Tradition is a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. For over a century, the roots of the Cuvée des Ceps Centenaires have drawn their strength from the clay-limestone slopes, giving this wine great suppleness. Cuvée Les Pierres Brûlées comes from century-old vines, and won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2023.

An independent winegrower, Laetitia manages 6 hectares of vines, part white and part red, without any treatments. She does all the work in the vines and in the winery. She has produced 3 cuvées in pinot and gamay: Tradition, Pinotissime and L.L. In gamay: L'Empoirée red; a 100% gamay rosé and a Rosé de Noirs sparkling rosé; in white: Cuvée des Bergerons, a blend of tressallier and chardonnay; in pure tressallier: Cuvées Empreinte, L'Empoirée and Cuvée T, as well as traditional methods: Cuvées Royal d'Or and Blancs de Blancs.

Since 1920, the Pétillat family has farmed 22 hectares, passed on to the Gautier family. They have perpetuated their expertise in pinot noir, gamay, tressallier, chardonnay and sauvignon. They offer an attractive range, including two cuvées des Papes, Urbain V red and white.Three cuvées S, vieilles vignes red,Reflets and Gabrielle white.Three cuvées Terroir, Roches Grises red, Originewhite and Rosé Gris. Traditional method sparkling wines: Tressillant, Bulles des Champsau coquelicot. Centenaire red cuvée, limited edition.

It was around the^16th-century family home that the first parcels of the estate were cultivated. Today, the estate covers 19 hectares, spread over several communes in the Saint-Pourçain AOC. Today, Benoît and Cédric Bonvin, winegrower-growers, produce their wines with passion and know-how, white wines with Cuvée Aurélie and Réserve de la Sourde, red wines like Cuvée Bourbonnaise, Cuvée des Créchoux, Cuvée des Hautes Vignes, rosé wines like Cuvée estivale and a traditional method for white and rosé.

Independent winegrowers, the Courtinat family manages 13 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils. Nathalie and Christophe produce white wines from the tressallier grape variety, a white Tradition and a sparkling Blanc de Blanc. In Gamay, the Cuvée des Pérelles and a Cuvée Tradition, as well as a rosé and a sparkling rosé. Numerous awards at the Concours Général Agricole.
