Between Cantal and Aveyron, the river Lot is a real invitation to take to the water. To help you take the greatest pleasure, the ASV'Olt team offers you marked routes to go down the river and discover the most beautiful landscapes. You will have the choice between rafting, kayaking (club affiliated to the FFCK) or paddling according to your desires and your experience. The instructors ensure the evaluation and the training of the participants, in particular the children.

To discover the gorges, you can rent canoes, kayaks and rafts from the beautiful medieval tower in the village of this Most Beautiful Village in France. There's a choice of 6 routes to suit all tastes and levels, all guided by professionals. Tailor-made courses can also be booked (by the half-day or week), from 10 km for families (from 6 years) to 105 km for the more athletic! An ideal starting point for adventure and white-water sports on the Allier river. With family or friends, the Haut-Allier gorges will reveal all their treasures. From the basalt organs of Prades to the remains of one of the first Cluniac abbeys, the Prieuré and its surrounding tower, you'll have a complete change of scenery. There are a variety of routes to choose from (full-day or half-day rafting, 1.5-hour to full-day canoeing), and you can even go for several days. Our instructors are always on hand to advise you on the best way to navigate the river.

Auvergne Loisirs offers a wide range of outdoor activities. Its base is located on the banks of the Allier, and welcomes adventurers fond of canoeing or kayaking. The establishment also offers canyoning near Lake Chambon and paintball in Lempdes. From spring on, you can rent equipment for a day, half-day or several days. Supervised or free, these disciplines are for everyone, from novices to thrill seekers. Multi-activity or whitewater packages are prepared for specific requests.

Sioule Loisirs rents canoes and kayaks to discover the Combrailles along the Sioule. The center offers several routes ranging from 11 to 25 km, divided between the gorges hautes for families and the gorges de Chouvigny for the more athletic. Picnic breaks are available at the foot of Château-Rocher or on the Menat bridge. Changing rooms, showers and a restaurant with panoramic terrace complete the infrastructure. Life jackets, watertight picnic containers, boats and paddles are supplied. A via ferrata is also available.

Vichy Aventure offers a range of fun and sporting activities. For a thrilling experience on the water, explore the rapids aboard a raft, following the guide's advice. Equipped with a float, flippers and a neoprene wetsuit, discover whitewater in a new way, or vary the pleasures by combining rafting, hydrospeed and tubing in a 2-hour session. For those who prefer to stay dry, take part in a game of paintball, bubble-football or archery-tag (8-10 people).

A must-see leisure base in the Montagne Bourbonnaise, with water sports activities such as paddling, canoeing and pedal-boating. And land-based activities: waterbike, bicycle, electric mountain bike and pedal go-kart. Fishing pontoons with barbecues are also available. The town of Vorey, located in the Velay region, offers an interesting water sports activity with the Velay paddling school. The school offers a canoe-kayak rental service, ideal for discovering the surrounding rivers. The école de pagaie du Velay is run by Jérôme Feybesse and is located rue de l'aire de jeu in Vorey. This activity is an excellent option for water sports enthusiasts who want to enjoy the beauty of the region's rivers.

Located on the banks of the River Sioule, Camping des Nières has a canoe base offering two different trips: a half-day trip over 10 km from Chouvigny to Ebreuil, or a full-day trip over 20 km from Pont de Menat to Ebreuil. Children are not forgotten, whether they're staying at the campsite or not: fun times are guaranteed at the Sioule Parc, with its giant inflatables, trampolines and accrobranches. Activities are also open to all. Take a break for a snack at La Guinguette des Nières, offering regional specialities to eat in or take away.
