The mission of the MSS is to "Welcome - Evaluate - Orient" all adults who want to start a physical activity. A file is to be completed, then a physical condition assessment (cardio-respiratory, muscular, attentional and motor) will be performed. It will be followed by an interview. All this will allow us to advise you on your activity practice, and then on the structures that will correspond to you. The construction of a personalized program is also on the agenda.
