Anchored in the regional tradition since 1895, the Brasserie la Choulette is one of the oldest breweries in the region, with the Dhaussy family at its head since 1977. They started brewing beer at the end of the 19th century with a steam brewery. Several members of the family succeeded one another until its closure in 1951. It wasn't until 1977 that Alphonse and Alain relaunched the crazy bet of making top fermentation beers for laying down. Today, the influence of the brewery goes beyond the borders. You will tell us about it!

Saveurs et Saisons is a huge organic supermarket with over 650^m2 of floor space, offering a wide choice of organic produce. A member of the Biocoop network, the store has been serving organic aficionados, as well as novices and the curious in search of new ways to consume, since 1996. You'll find everything you need to live organically. We particularly like the organic butcher's department (Sicaba/Coeur de Terroir). But Saveurs et Saisons is also the Ferme du Sens and its wild garden, where many of the foods sold in the store come from. La Ferme des Vanneaux grows fruit and vegetables in permaculture on its plots, all in respect of the environment. After harvesting, the fruit and vegetables are offered for sale, as well as fresh and processed products prepared in the catering workshop located in Sin-le-Noble, mainly using products from the farm. Go for the organic apple juice, 100% local! La Ferme des Vanneaux is also a farm that helps social reintegration through employment. A beautiful company committed to solidarity!

It was a crazy challenge that the heirs of the Motte-Cordonnier family set themselves, but after tasting their "René", we can say that it was met with flying colors! What are we talking about? Beer of course! Here, we have been brewers since 1752 and, since 2018, 15 members of the family have joined forces to relaunch the activity and perpetuate this tradition of local and artisanal brewing. Their first-born is the "René", a tasty and light blonde. A successful challenge!

This family dairy farm offers products that are then sold at the Talents de Ferme collective store, near the farm. La maison de Maya, is above all the direct sale of market garden products and honey. Sylvie and François Di Nunzio are true committed ecologists. As surprising as it may seem, here is the one and only producer of maroilles cheese in the town of Maroilles! Since its creation in 1980, the cheese dairy regularly wins many awards at the cheese fair of La Cappelle. In the store, a video explains the process of making Maroilles cheese. In addition to the farmhouse maroilles, you will find the Avesnes dumpling or the Cerfmont heart. The cheese factory can also be visited by appointment, but you will have to stay behind the windows, for hygiene reasons!

Ze Zoet is the story of Antoine and Émilien, two childhood friends from the Lille metropolis, who meet around a common passion: beer. At the end of 2019, they create Ze Zoet, a craft and local beer, which they brew at the Hardy microbrewery, located in Quesnoy-sur-Deûle. Today, three beers are available: Ze Zoet blonde, Ze Zoet rosé and Ze Zoet IPA. It is possible to order the beer by sending a message on their Instagram account and have it delivered in the Lille Metropolis.

La Ferme des Preutins is a cheese and cream shop located in Preux-au-Bois. There are also no user reviews or comments to give an idea of visitor experience. It is therefore difficult to give a precise description of this establishment.

Located at the gates of the Avesnois, Les Vergers Tellier combines traditional know-how and regional specialties. It is a real institution in the region, for locals and visitors alike.
