Mathieu & Co is a very popular bakery in the corner. It is said that it would be one of the best in the department… Here the watchwords are flavour, freshness and quality. Thanks to his taste for work well done, Mathieu Philippe, a baker's butcher, keeps telling you about his novelties, but also his special breads, his loaves of tradition (organic breads also), his greedy pastries and his generous and delicious pastries, not counting his fresh sandwiches. A real sweet address.

Excellent bakery: Most of the breads are made with flours selected by Mathieu. Or traditional breads, patissement or pastries are not forgotten.
In this moment I introduce Epiphany cakes friends, colleagues and each time it is absolute success.
The service is impeccable, despite a queue which exceeds street every Sunday morning, it is rare to wait more than 5 minutes to be served.
For me, a place unmissable Hem and its surroundings.

J bought bread and pastries, the concept of the baker who cooked in front of us is nice, but not enough so J dates back, the white bread was disappointing and pastries (wonderful among others) N do not back - up exposed cold (pictures on the shelf glass above the bar)

Il y a beaucoup de choix et tout est alléchant.
Le pain est vraiment délicieux.
