Founded in 1946, Maison Gaugry is well known to Burgundy cheese lovers. The stars here are Palet de Bourgogne, a delicious soft cheese with a washed rind, Soumaintrain and Chaource PDO. A must-visit address in Beaune: over 200 types of cheese, including Délice de Pommard, invented by Alain Hess himself, master cheesemaker. This artisan torchon-molded cheese comes in a range of flavors: Dijon gingerbread, Beaune mustard bran, black summer truffle and blackcurrant bud. In the basement, 3 superb vaulted cellars invite you to sample local wines with a cheese platter of your choice, "cheese bar style". A must-taste!

Le Clos des Flaveurs in Givry is a quality delicatessen run by Isabelle, a native of Madagascar. All shelves are remarkably well-stocked with exclusive products. Creamy products from Burgundy-Franche-Comté, charcuterie, organic fruit and vegetables, pasta, quality preserves, flours and fruit juices. Order an aperitif platter of cheeses and charcuterie embellished with exotic colors and flavors. Improvise a meal platter of samoussas or vegetable nems. And above all, appreciate Isabelle's kindness!

Rue bannelier, close to the Halles de Dijon, discover the beautiful cheese factory of Yann Lavigne. An authentic creamery, founded in 1930 by Yann's parents. Passionate, he selects for you the best products. From the region or elsewhere, the cheeses are matured on the spot, in vaulted cellars, located under the cheese dairy and visible from the shop. So much to say that the choice is great! Goat's cheese, Comté cheese by the slice or farm yoghurt from the region, but also delicatessen products pleasantly complete the stalls.

Faubourg des Saveurs is at once a delicatessen, a cheese bar, a wine shop and a cheese shop. On site, the cheese boards, charcuterie and wine cellar make your mouth water. The cheese section is stocked with around a hundred products, including Roquefort, Comté and Epoisses, while the charcuterie section offers short-distance products such as Tuyé salaisons from Papy Gaby in the Jura, and parsley from Gaec des Hameaux. At the exit of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, near the cellars of Bailly, there is a goat farm that you must visit. Created by the very sympathetic Claire Genet, it proposes cheeses (100 % organic obviously, and made under our eyes!), but also a delicatessen composed of products coming from local producers. But you can also come and have a picnic, go for a walk with the goats, follow workshops (for example, on how to make goat's milk soaps). And animations are regularly organized for children (but not only!). A favorite.

At Ferme du Pontot, Gérard and Philippe Plaçon have opted for direct sales of free-range eggs from their farm of 17,000 red hens. Some of the 15,000 daily eggs are consumed by the best restaurants in the Côte-d'Or region, but they can also be found in grocery stores in Dijon and in 24-hour vending machines on the farm and in 5 neighboring towns. The eggs are renowned for their quality and their "Bleu, blanc, coeur" label.

Thomas Bouriquet proposes, in this store located near the quays of the Yonne, all the great classics as well as some beautiful discoveries (regional, but not only!). Especially, in the middle of chaource, epoisses and other brillat-savarin, home-made creations are also present. Don't hesitate to taste the "Tonnerre", a cheese rubbed with ratafia. The farm is famous thanks to its Chavignol dung, from the 400 goats on the farm. The main aim is to show the younger generation the life of the farm, through the discovery of the animals. It is possible to freely visit the farm, to visit the goats, cows, yaks, horses, donkeys, sheep, black pigs... A place full of life! On the spot, a fabulous grocery store, with more than 600 references, where you will be able to buy cheeses, local products and discovery products from the four corners of France.

An address well known to cheese lovers since 1872! One comes here to compose one's cheese platter, tempted by Comté or any other dish praised on the slate posted on rue Musette. Regional specialities are present, like the delicious Mont d'Or fermier from Ferme Mamet, but you can also travel with a creamy Bleu di Bufala with intense flavours. A small dairy section allows you to stock up on butter, farm yoghurt and cheese. The good mood and advice of a fine team of enthusiasts add to the charm of the place.

Crème de Bresse and Beurre de Bresse PDO are 3 exceptional products that owe their excellence to ancestral know-how: with its generous texture, thick Crème de Bresse is characterized by a lively, fresh taste that leaves a pleasantly round sensation in the mouth; churned in the traditional way, Beurre de Bresse offers delicious flavors with incomparable aromas of herbaceous, floral and dried fruit notes. It is characterized by its melt-in-the-mouth texture. A national jewel!

La Fouchale is a stopover that smells of farm produce. Hailing from the homeland of Comté cheese, Juliette and Geoffrey know all there is to know about the history and terroirs of regional cheeses. They promote the work of local producers with free-range animals and artisanal know-how. Natural goat's cheeses, with no additives or colorants, Époisses, soumaintrain, chaource, Pierre qui Vire and Boule des Moines. This year, discover some new products: French mimolette, Roquefort and Colombier de Sivry.

Opening at the end of 2021 in the heart of the town, Crèmerie de l'Abbaye has already made a name for itself in Cluny. You come for the cheese, of course: a wide range of goat's, ewe's and cow's cheeses, which you can buy by the slice or order as a tray for aperitifs or dinners. But you can't leave without cream, milk (raw or pasteurized) or yoghurts sourced directly from the surrounding area. Here, the emphasis is on local produce, right down to the selection of products in the delicatessen section, where you'll find jams, drinks and cakes.

La Bergerie de Santagny is a farm and cheese dairy located in Genouilly, near Chalon-sur-Saône. Managed by Thomas Martin, the farm raises around 60 Lacaune ewes on self-sufficient forage. The ewes graze the farm's meadows and are fed with cereals produced on site. The farm is in the process of converting to organic farming. La Bergerie de Santagny transforms raw ewe's milk into a range of products including tommes de brebis, yogurts, fresh and mature cheeses. Products are available for direct sale at the farm, at markets and in partner stores. The farm also has an equine and bovine boarding facility for horses and ponies. What's more, La Bergerie de Santagny is an educational farm approved by the French Ministry of Education, offering visits for schoolchildren.

L'épicerie fermière is more than just a grocery store: it's a concept. Opened in 2009, it enabled the Olivier family to sell the organic farm produce they grew on their Fruirouge et Cie farm. Since 2017, their son Lucas has been running the boutique and developing it further. The shop now sells 100% Côte-d'Or organic farm produce only. L'épicerie fermière goes straight from the earth to your plate!

Clara and Pascal have been living in Mâcon for six years and have chosen to set up their cheese dairy on new land. It is thus in Charnay-lès-Mâcon that you will find them. From choice to cutting: 3 cheese from Auvergne, 6 from Franche-Comté and 4 from Savoie. Also available are packaged cheeses and goat cheeses, counties and even cheeses from Badoz, the famous Cheese cheese beetle. Cheeses are sent to Colissimo in cartons equipped with insulated packaging of closed and film cells extruded foam, which allow protection of sensitive products for 24 hours.
