The ewes graze the farm's meadows and are fed with cereals produced on site. The farm is in the process of converting to organic farming. La Bergerie de Santagny transforms raw ewe's milk into a range of products including tommes de brebis, yogurts, fresh and mature cheeses. Products are available for direct sale at the farm, at markets and in partner stores. The farm also has an equine and bovine boarding facility for horses and ponies. What's more, La Bergerie de Santagny is an educational farm approved by the French Ministry of Education, offering visits for schoolchildren.
