Thomas Bouriquet proposes, in this store located near the quays of the Yonne, all the great classics as well as some beautiful discoveries (regional, but not only!). Especially, in the middle of chaource, epoisses and other brillat-savarin, home-made creations are also present. Don't hesitate to taste the "Tonnerre", a cheese rubbed with ratafia. Or the cow's cheese matured in Chablis. Note that Les Fromages de Thomas are also present on many markets in Yonne and Côte-d'Or. See their Facebook page or their website.
