The menu is sweet and savoury, with an American flair, led by the multi-flavoured pancake: poached egg, bacon, trout, salted butter caramel, maple syrup... As rare as it is notable in Chalon, you can eat sweet or savoury here continuously until 5pm.

After climbing up to the historic heart of the town of Autun, take a gourmet break in this delightful tearoom with its refined decor. The mother-daughter duo Annick/Axelle provide a truly enchanted interlude. While Axelle puts all her talent into preparing delicious sweets (entremets, viennoiseries, cookies...), her mother Annick serves with a smile. Each season has its own speciality. Here, we work the traditional way, using as many local products as possible. Cream, butter, flour and fruit come primarily from Burgundy.

The Halles district has a newcomer in the shape of La Gobeleterie, on the corner of Rue Bannelier and Rue Quentin. Since summer 2022, owner Tristan Simon, a cocktail specialist, has been offering some twenty unique and original recipes worthy of shaker aficionados. And there's something for every taste: the fresh Loa Mota, mixing rum and fruit; the powerful White Trash Fashioned with bacon-infused whisky; and the chauvinistic Bourgogne Sour made with white Marc de Bourgogne. With aperitifs, non-alcoholic variations and the possibility of making classic cocktails on request, the world of mixology will soon hold no secrets for you!

Facing the cathedral, you feel at home here! This tea room offers cakes and pies, homemade creams and compotes as well as hot chocolates or Mariage Frères and Dammann teas. And if we come for lunch, we will be tempted by the quiches and savory pies, the bowls, the veloutés, again home-made. The day we came, we enjoyed a carrot velouté with passion fruit and coconut milk, then a sweet potato pie with Morteau sausage and gorgonzola. Note that exhibitions are also proposed.

Facing the Cordeliers parking lot, this establishment offers you its beers, wines and cocktails "of the moment". There are also new and unknown names. This bar-brewery is located opposite the Dauphine centre, the old shopping mall dating from the 70s which is currently closed for major works. Blandine Bourlier's small restaurant serves afternoon tea, it organizes theme evenings, cooperative company games. There is always something to be tasted, including the desserts of the day. Side drinks, the map is generous with a dozen teas, some infusions, good coffee and a nice beer card, Tiger Bock, Thomas Becket, Alésia, Altiplano… to judge. There is also a small selection of wines from our regions, including the Auxois, Du, Champagne… The inner room, with stones and beams, smells good Burgundy, the terrace runs around the house. Once again, it was a small shop for the products consumed. Above all, it's a great place to stop at the really soft prices.

His craft, he simply does it and the attention he brings to his clients makes the Dial a pleasant place where one feels good. The decoration reminds the English pubs with wallpaper that mimics the red brick and a wooden counter of the most classic. A pinball is at your disposal as well as a beautiful terrace with a dozen tables. At Châtillon-sur-Seine, the Dial is known from generation to generation and as in all the real bars, the atmosphere varies according to time.

The Bareuzai cellar, recently taken over by the Charousset, has an ideal environment to allow its guests to take over the time of a lunch, pause for aperitif, or bring a large cru. Julian Gouverd, also manager of the Biz'tro next door, gives a nod to his history. His grandfather created the Javel Barbizier cleaning products company in Besançon in 1938. Subdued atmosphere, pastel decoration with a wall covered with polaroids of the year's parties. The magazine-style menu is extensive: excellent wines, whiskies, gins, mojitos. The Mocktails, tasty cocktails, intense and without alcohol, are to be tried! An amuse-bouche is offered, if you are still hungry, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, burgers and tapas are excellent snacks.

A stage on the water, that's what has been missing for a long time in the cultural life of the area. It is now a reality thanks to the barge La Scène des quais which, on the quays of the Yonne, offers a varied program for all audiences. Managed by the association ARTEM, the place welcomes one-man/women shows, concerts, plays, shows for children or improv evenings...
